I saw one cockroach but the room must have been sprayed for insects as the roach moved slow enough to kill him with my shoe.

The location is a minimum 10-15 minute walk to the bigger sights, however it's close to the bus station which was great for us.

Lovely classic hotel with everything that you need, friendly staff, beautiful pool with plenty of shade and places to relax. Rooms were spacious and well maintained.

The pool was out of order and we could not use the patio area - we received a very rude response when communicating this with the property through the app. Did not receive so much as an apology ! The breakfast paquete was disappointing with orange drink not orange juice and what tasted like instant coffee. Much better offerings to be had nearby.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable and internet very strong. Shower had the hottest water yet!

Is not the First time, but the pool was in mainteinance and the elevator didn't work. I was a little but sick, so the stairs were tired for me.

If you are looking for a place to sleep this hotel is good. Don't expect a lot. The staff is nice. The hotel is close to the ADO terminal and 25min walking distance to the center.

There was a blood stain on one of the sheets on the first day so we left the sign out for the bedding to be changed. When we came back the beds had been made but not changed. On the second day we had to pull the blood stained part to the middle of the bed to make it obvious.

It's a 3 minute walk from the ADO bus station. The pool area was really nice. The air con was very strong after a hot day. The beds were really comfortable.

The location was disappointing, as there are few restaurants and shops in the area. One room (a single) was very small and in a noisy location.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel offers breakfast. One of our rooms was relatively comfortable, though the lighting was poor.

The window faces onto the interior sidewalk that everyone walks down to get to their rooms.

The grounds were very nice, plenty of trees to make it nice and green.

Great hotel that's quite close to the city centre and very close to the ADO bus station which was very handy for us. The receptionist spoke perfect English and was very helpful. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cleaned (with new bottled water). The shower area was large and the room itself was very spacious. The hotel's pool area looked really nice too!

The room was a bit old and a few minor things there were broken or damaged. The beds may be a bit short if you are taller than ~185 cm, but you can move them a further from the headboard to get more space.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, quite close to the city center. The staff is nice and friendly, and receptionists speak English. The optional American breakfast is not very varied but is good and includes coffee or tea, toasts, omelette and fruit salad. The room was very clean when we moved in and then it was cleaned every day. The parking lot is quite spacious and easy to use. WiFi coverage is pretty good in the room and the courtyard

There was a lot of dust on the tables, so the cleaning could be better. The door does not close completely, there is a larger gap. We pushed it close with the chair in the room. The ringing of the frontdoor is really loud and anyoing. Not sure if its the safest region, there was a happening at night and next day lots of military and police cars (security company close by), but probably just a coincidence.

We were able to check in early. The location was quiet starting around 10-11 pm. The bathroom is good and big with a closed shower and hairdryer. The bed was large and comfortable. About 10/15 min walk from the center and suuper close to the ADO bus station. No Taxi needed.

The window was not closing properly. There is only a lamp on the bed table.

Super close to the bus station (Oriente and Ado). The staff was extremely nice, and they clean the rooms everyday. You get soap, shampoo, and clean towels. The swimming pool is nice. AC in the room
