We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe Sadora Restaurant left much to be desired at the dinner service… we were told by several other guests not to bother eating there for dinner and they were right.
The breakfast was great! So much good and healthy food to choose from. The staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was always very clean and beautiful. Satay was our favorite and Greta and Anna were excellent waitresses! So friendly yet professional! Kudos to both and the chef!

United StatesI actually only have one complaint when we booked online we upgraded our room to have a balcony it’s about an extra $600 for the week we went with a bunch of friends. They did not upgrade and chose the lowest room when we arrived to the hotel everyone was offered to upgrade their reservations to a better room For about another $600 all of our friends who did not upgrade took advantage of this and they had beautiful views of the ocean and the pool. We did not upgrade because we had already done so when we booked but because we did it so early. Our room was around the back of the building overlooked where they bring the supplies in every day. It was very noisy trucks packing up every morning to pick up trash And drop off material so we did not get to sleep in. I complained to the manager Arturo and I was trying to get either an upgrade or the money back that we had originally paid for the upgrade. He said the only thing they could do was give us one day of all inclusive service to compensate us which totals about $150 American I don’t think I was asking for too much to upgrade to a nicer room or just to please have her money back. I didn’t mind waking up early because it was nice to take walks on the beach and get the day going so my advice to anyone who is booking here please just get the basic room and when you get there, that’s when you get the option to upgrade.
The hotel resort is nice. They do a good job of keeping it clean. There’s a nice pool with a swim up bar. They usually have music later in the day. The beach is right across the street. The restaurant for breakfast was extremely nice. Service is great pretty much all throughout the hotel.

It is well maintained, but it is closer to a 3+ star rather than 5 star hotel. It is 3 star on the standing of amenities, how front line interact with hosts and quality of garments like towels and linings

IrelandFor the price we paid, we didn't find fair that at breakfast we had been told only 1 cappuccino is included in the price. We asked just for a second one, not 10. Also the staff wasn't very welcoming.
The location is great, just 10 min walking from the port, few steps away from the main road full of restaurants and facing the beautiful Playa Norte. The room was clean and spacious.
