The location is really good. People at the front desk are not very friendly, every question I asked was answered in a very rude manner.

the night attendant gave me a lecture of how many times drunk people brake things and jealous husbands breaks doors!! or let other people in their rooms , ( i’m traveling alone, but im it definitely a night working woman) the attendant also walked me all inside my room and told me to go out to smoke ! i’m not a smoker!!!!!or drinker!! it was very weird and rude!

The receptionist lady insisted in a deposit to be paid upfront per room in cash. However we had a lot of issues with the ATMs and could not pay it. But she kept on insisting in paying that in a very impolite way when we had not even had dinner. Did not even worry about us and just kept on asking about the deposit, which they would have returned anyways the next day.

Convenient location , very close to everything. They offered great discounts at the Italian restaurant downstairs. Comfy beds.

There were no blankets available at the room, so you might get cold during the night if you keep the AC on.

Hotel is close to the main tourist areas, but is far enough from the main party area, so the room was quiet. They had a water dispenser for you to refill your water bottle and the breakfast was light and nice (fruit, yogurt, granola, and toast). Staff is nice and helpful. One of the reception staff members is able to help you book excursions at at good price.

No lift only stairs, bad Wi-Fi, cold water in the taps has a bad odor, bad odor from the bathroom drain.

The location and the free breakfast at the Italian restaurant downstairs, staff at front desk and cleaning crew do a good job, right on fifth avenue and still not too noisy during the night.

There was a noise coming from the air conditioner that woke me up a few times during the nights. I think this was the only thing.

The location was ideal. Close to all the action and restaurants on la 5nta.. front desk was super helpful. Room was quiet as per all happening during the night life.

Late checkin time at 15.00 but able to leave bags earlier. Location difficult to find. Parking can be a problem if travelling with a car. Window only internal towards a busy and noisy restaurant.

The design and location was commendable and being part of a complex which includes an Italian restaurant making for a great stay.

I booked the master suite which is the most expensive room at the hotel based on the pictures and description, unfortunately the jacuzzi did not work for the whole stay and the hotel did not provided robes as on the pictures and description

I received the room which was right next to the Italian restaurant so it was super noisy in the evening. The room had no window. There was no welcome water which I believe in this price range should be included. They wanted commission for the room.

The hotel is centrally located - it’s super close to the Main Street and ADO station.

It is located a block away from Senor Frogs which is open till 2am. It can be a little loud but if you’re also up till 2am then it’s no problem.

maybe not completely soundproof as I could hear overnight noises from the street untile late hours and from down below the restaurant. Also, there was always noises coming from the floor above as restaurant staff were always moving or dropping things.

well situated in 5th Avenue, really close to many amenities, restaurants and pubs.

some of the rooms look out over 5th Avenue. This is really interesting and full of life. With live music on street and bars, don’t try to go to sleep before 1am. If you are here to party, you will be in those bars anyway and so it would be the perfect location. Ask for a back room if you want it quieter.
