There are two bars close to this location, and the music was so loud until 6 AM. Ear plugs did not help me.

The location is perfect for restaurants, shops and beach access! Staff is very pleasant! Air conditioned room is a great thing for this town.

IT WAS HOT HUMMID AND MUGGY!!!!!! There was no A/C throughout the house. We did run into a couple dead roaches. The rooms would cool down till around 4am

Great location, steps from the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. The pool was brilliant and always quiet. Rooms were nice, good AC and good Wifi.

The pictures of pool are old. There is a giant concrete building blocking all views. Also beach club not far away plays music until 6am!!

Stayed in the newer section. The older side was not to our liking so had to pay more to move.

noise and loud music in the night coming from the beach. from the balcony you can only see a big building under construction in front of you. no washing machine available. staff was nice but didn’t really add much to the experience

The location was 2 mins away from the beach. The view from the rooftop was lovely. Good A/C and fan in the room. The lady at reception, Brenda, was nice.

Nothing negative regarding my stay...it was fabulous!

The customer service provided by Brenda at the front desk reception area was impeccable. She was so very helpful in assisting me throughout my 21 day stay. The hotel owner & manager, Armando, was always available to assist guests and was "hands-on" with many tasks that he oversaw regarding his hotel property. The swimmimg pool and the grass grounds and shade palapa adjacent to the pool were wonderful areas to sit, relax, listen to music

Seeing the retirees & family at the pool, I thought I scored a nice calm place to finish my vacation by the beach. Unfortunately it was SSSOOOOO NOISY!! Great if your goal is to go party from 10pm to 4am and sleep all day. The Villa is literally in front of the clubs of puerto Escondido. It’s a super shame considering it’s super location, pool & cleanliness. Also, if you’re not a good swimmer, you’ll need to walk a bit to access the “swim in areas”.

I loved my room, but only during the day! Got one of the studios with equipped kitchen & looking over the beach and sea.

bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sound of the clubs was pretty unbearable. if you are ready to party until 4am you are good.

- The hotel is located right next to all the clubs, we did not sleep well at all through our entire stay (loud techno music until 8am..) and even earplugs did not help (too much bass) - There’s a really awful unfinished building right in front of the hotel, no beach view as shown on the pictures here.

Stay away. They ask ridiculous prices for no service and no quality at all. Internet: Upon arrival we got a code to sign into the open WiFi network, which kicks you out sometimes, so you have to put in the code again. When I asked for the password for the closed WiFi network they didn't want to share it, and the girl at the reception even laughed at me several times. They just have no knowledge about online work and that it is not possible to have an online meeting when you get kicked out of the network from time to time. The code stopped working on the last day 3 hours before the checkout, again a time where I would work normally. In the eight days we stayed, 4 days the internet didn't work at all. They say that it is the providers fault, but so many businesses there have switched to Starlink already, and this hotel could easily do it with the horrendous prices their asking for, they just don't care. Room/Cleanliness: When I first got in the room I was greeted by so many hairs of other people, on the wall, in the shower, and so on. The little carpet in front of the bathroom was filthy and was not changed after the last person. The walls were full of red/orange stains which could be Siracha or blood, who knows. The balcony wasn't cleaned at all, as well as the plastic door to the bathroom, there was toothpaste and who knows what from former guests on it. Now when they came to "clean" the room, they really did the bare minimum. Never cleaned the bathroom mirror nor the sink. On my last night I stayed alone and asked the cleaning lady to clean the whole room, even put all my stuff away, and again the bare minimum was done. The towels they give you stink of sweat after one use, because they probably don't wash them right. It wasn't our sweat. The shower is ridiculous, the water is thrown at you in an angle from the side that makes it almost impossible to wash out your hair, and get hair or other stuff off your body.

It's nice to have a balcony and hot water.

We had a booking during the weekend and it was quite loud . You barely can’t sleep.

Price is way too high for the quality of the rooms. Bed is small and uncomfortable. Bathroom falling apart (shower drain unfixed to the floor, curtain rod unfixed to the walls and falls easily, same for the towel rack. I'm sure the location was better in the past but as of now the only view you get at this hotel is the back of an abandoned and unfinished mega hotel. The only common area is the pool area which has only a view on this mega eyesore. Sort of feel mislead by booking dot com on this one. Price needs to be adjusted to fit the state of the rooms.

Close to zicatela and all the businesses/restaurants by the beach. Pool area is nice and refreshing in the heat.

When i asked for a hand towel for the room the girl smiled and said "no". There was a sewage-like smell that came from the bathroom every day. I reported this but nothing seemed to change.
