the suite rooms are renovated, but the Hotel and Resturant and swimming pool needs renovation as it is old. mosquitoes are much.

The breakfast not so much variety. The taste is moderate. The cleaner was unprofessional when dealing with customer needs. The cleanliness can be improve more for future. Old building and need to refurbish.

Room spacious. Location at town centre and close to food stall and attraction place. Enjoyed the water park.

Far from Cenang. Realized after reaching here that most happening places /restaurants are near Cenang.

The housekeeping can be better. I remember I asked to change the floor mat, however, the housekeeper never changed it even after I called the receptionist.

Everything was good. The receptionist and manager were very friendly. The rooms I booked were great and clean.

Need improvement on breakfast menu. Almost same breakfast everyday and the taste was ok ok or so so only. Nothing amazing to be highlighted. Didn't change towel when did room make up. Need maintenance on the lift.

Value for money. Huge Room and bathroom with bathtub. Not really a good garden view. Friendly and helpful staffs. Allowed late check out. Help us with transportation for Jetty since we had many luggage. swimming pool and beach view was amazing.

The sight viewing locations are too far from the hotel in KUAH town, even the airport also. The restaurant for breakfast is average, Honestly the pool was not so good.

The suit room decor was amazing and the traditional restaurants were also nearby. The hospitality is also impressive. Even they agree to put our bags for few hours after checkout at last day.

The pool is great! My son really enjoying. There's a bar at the pool and you can request for welcoming drink. its so refreshing!There a lot of parking lot at the hotel, so no need to worry if you are driving.

The location and the food that they provide in the restaurant may not be liked by the foreign tourists like us whose taste apatite is different than what they serve (mostly local food)

Room was spacious and very clean. However, the entire establishment is a bit savvy, and located in the city from where beaches are quite distant.

The aircon.

The swimming pool and the bar with the restaurant overlook the sea is fantastic. Trying to get the pool towel but it's evening and they could not deliver pool towel on time.so went back to d room with wet swim suits. At the receptionist upon checking in they forget to return my passport till I realised and called them to collect myself. They should be the one to look for me and be informed. I've requested for extra 2 towel due to family with 2 kids and I've been requested for $20/- rental for 2 towels and billed me during checking out. The room is really nice on the loft. The aircon is auto shutoff every 30 min. And we ve alerted to d housekeeping and receptionist and they have reset the remote but still the same. I've to wokeup every nite to restart turn on the remote aircon once we are sweating at night due to aircon auto shutting off every 30 min. . I've got a sleepless thruout those nite since day 1... I felt relieve after checking out and shifted to another hotel in Chenang.

Although they provide ironing room each floor. Its quite far to those stay in other wing. Otherwise, everything just fine.

Thank you to all staff for providing good services. The receptionist very welcoming, explaining info in brief and concise. The staf response regarding technical issue also fast as we were having problem (black out) in one of our room. The food and drinks (dinner) also great! Worth the money. The view while eating during sunset was splendid and beutiful. They also providing welcoming drinks to us. Infact, The Splash out (theme park) is so near and we also get discount as we were staying here. Hoping to come here again
