Value for money. Huge Room and bathroom with bathtub. Not really a good garden view. Friendly and helpful staffs. Allowed late check out. Help us with transportation for Jetty since we had many luggage. swimming pool and beach view was amazing.

BangladeshThe sight viewing locations are too far from the hotel in KUAH town, even the airport also. The restaurant for breakfast is average, Honestly the pool was not so good.
The suit room decor was amazing and the traditional restaurants were also nearby. The hospitality is also impressive. Even they agree to put our bags for few hours after checkout at last day.

The swimming pool and the bar with the restaurant overlook the sea is fantastic. Trying to get the pool towel but it's evening and they could not deliver pool towel on time.so went back to d room with wet swim suits. At the receptionist upon checking in they forget to return my passport till I realised and called them to collect myself. They should be the one to look for me and be informed. I've requested for extra 2 towel due to family with 2 kids and I've been requested for $20/- rental for 2 towels and billed me during checking out. The room is really nice on the loft. The aircon is auto shutoff every 30 min. And we ve alerted to d housekeeping and receptionist and they have reset the remote but still the same. I've to wokeup every nite to restart turn on the remote aircon once we are sweating at night due to aircon auto shutting off every 30 min. . I've got a sleepless thruout those nite since day 1... I felt relieve after checking out and shifted to another hotel in Chenang.

Thank you to all staff for providing good services. The receptionist very welcoming, explaining info in brief and concise. The staf response regarding technical issue also fast as we were having problem (black out) in one of our room. The food and drinks (dinner) also great! Worth the money. The view while eating during sunset was splendid and beutiful. They also providing welcoming drinks to us. Infact, The Splash out (theme park) is so near and we also get discount as we were staying here. Hoping to come here again
