2 out of 3 tvs in apartment didn't work. Only 2 channels on the one that did work. No air con in gym. Just needs a bit of tlc as not maintained to same standards as when Fraser had it.

Room was not cleaned well after previous guests. Some of their food was still in the cupboards. The bed sheets had some marks indicating that they may not have been changed. Pillow covers also looked like only the front pillows were changed.

As many things in Malaysia, on the surface everything looks great, but when you look at detail you will get disappointed. The room was never perfect clear (you could see spots that probably haven't been cleaned for years) and like many buildings in Malaysia, it was poorly maintained so it doesn't look like fresh and new. But from my observations, this is standard in Malaysia.

Enormous room with enormous bathroom and kitchen. Enormous bathtub (after year in Japan and their miniscule bathtubs this is refreshing!). Very polite staff.

The furniture is very old and dirty. There is a bad smell in the room (maybe previous guests). The life time of the light are nearly done.

They shoud put the Sfera name in front.or at the main road not at the lobby only.Difficult to look for Sfera in grab also until i ask the admin we should look for 188 Suites Fraser Residence instead of Sfera Residence name.

The Property is very Difficult to Be found by grab So It was been cancel So many Times and cause lateness to airport So to make sure to start your journey very early , also Be prepared The Apartment has no reliable service ! The staff is never around

It was advertised as having satellite TV but it did not work the pleasant techs tried to fix but unsuccessfully so we only had 3 channels with a poor picture. There was also no room safe hitch was supposed to be. The air con stopped working in the bedroom but was repaired promptly. The bathroom toilet blocked up but was again fixed quickly and the bathroom sink plug kept on jamming shut so sink filled with water and could not be drained. The kitchen was not well equipped with cutlery and crockery, overall the whole room could do with some attention which would not be to difficult to bring it up to the standard it is advertised at.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Whilst well located in the centre of KL there was minimum road noise. The shower was also good. There gym was well equipped and had a good view of the CBD

The pool was under refurbishment and had been for more than a month but there was never any communication from the hotel to advise us. Kids on holiday in the tropical Malaysia and no pool. Had we known this we would have stayed some place else. They tried to tell us this was communicated to Booking.com but when I checked their own website (Sfera) directly there was no mention of the pool being out of action for more than 3 months. All the tiles and slats were pulled out from around the pool, and for the period we stayed there we did not see any work being carried out.

Booked two rooms for a family holiday with 4 screaming kids. Only to find out the pool was under renovation and not available. There was mention or communications regarding the pool being unavailable during Malaysia's festive season. The counter staff tried to tell me this was communicated to Booking.com and agoda, etc, but could not find the proof of what they're telling me. Even their own website (I checked on the spot) for direct booking with the hotel didn't mention anything about the pool being unavailable for a month. Tiles and pavers were ripped from the pool side, and for the 4 days we stayed there, we did not see any work being carried out. Staff were accommodating with our requests, but then again, after such a total stuff up with their pool not being available, they didn't have much of a choice but to be accommodating and apologetic. Had we known this, we would have stayed somewhere else. Free WiFi was almost none-existence at best of times, or patchy with dropouts or unable to connect. Housekeeping was great, and they had all top notch white goods in the apartments. Smeg washing machine , fridge, stove etc.

wonderful location easy to walk into the main centre. the lounge area is lovely and en suite bathroom and changing area very nice. good quality toiletries. best thing was the super comfortable beds. also nice views of the city.

The location is good, but the car traffic is heavy when getting in and out of the residence. The swimming pool itself is nice but the flooring before entering the pool is extremely dangerous and in need of urgent attention. It's an accident waiting to happen. Children and old people are most vulnerable to the dangers posed by the uneven and damaged wooden flooring surrounding the pool.

Good and polite staff. Value for money. The area where it's located is very central but be aware of heavy traffic.
