I did not like the attitude of the trans-woman staff who keeps telling me no smoking allowed in the room & most probably prior to that, 'arguing' online when I keep telling that I am a non-smoker. Should be no issue, period. When I checked-in at the counter and said hello, 'she' coldly pointed me to 'her' colleague. No greeting whatsoever, just showing authority. RM $300/- is not worth it to smoke when already the walls & smell of the room has remnants of past smoking habits. I overheard a guest checking out without being given a receipt for his RM $50/- deposit. That's not right, paying deposit to staff with no issue of receipt.

Location, quiet surrounding, rain shower and comfy bed & pillows. Easy access to most places of interest like AEON, Jonker Street & Little India.

1) THE WINDOW CLEANER WAS CLEANING THE WINDOW FROM OUTSIDE AND WE WERE TAKING AN AFTERNOON NAP. IT WAS HORRIBLE WHEN WE WOKE UP AND SAW SOMEONE CLIMBING AT OUR WINDOW. 2) The plugs by the bed does not work. defeated the purpose of being able to use phone right by the bed. If that was working, it would have been a great experience. 3) THE AIRCON ! Why does it have molds growing surrounding it ! it looks and feel so disgusting ! and the aircon itself is like old and at the brink of breaking down, with the ventilation cap not fully closed. However the aircon was working fine.

I think the bed was comfortable, I like that there was a window just by the bedside made the room felt more comfortable.

For the price, its quite affordable with all the basic aminities included. Quite comfortable for 2 people and the room is clean. Love it

1 of the plug point beside our bed is not working. but there were like 3-4 more around the room so no complain

Family suite is so huge. can fit up to 10 people lol 😁 we were family of 6 & there's still a lot of space in the room. my kids were running around happily. the AC is very cold, it shows that they service it at the right time. all i need for a 1 night stay is provided so i'm happy

We had some issues with our first room (toilet leaking, light didnt work) and had to switch to another room there was a lot of construction on our floor A bit of outside noise kept me up one night

Can hear sound clearly from others room. Not soundproof. Cannot sleep at night because can hear people talk and scream watching world cup. And people always playing with the doorbell so many times.

Bed and pillow could with an update, very firm mattress and pillow was skinny and all broken up inside. it was £15pn though so perhaps to be expected.

lIt is located right near the river and so it was easy to walk into the main town with a pleasant view. Access to a filtered water tap saved buying bottles out. staff were very friendly on arrival.
