We missed the little road to the hotel from Jalan Lingkaran Tengah 2 and drove 10km to find back that tiny road which goes down to Jalan Seri Utara. Garbage smell from the former garbage dump surrounding area. Centralise aircond too cold at night. A soap and a tiny bottle of body wash are not enough for us for washing up. The hotel regularly taking China tourist in large groups;make sure to go early for breakfast or you'll find yourself in a dense dining hall and nothing to eat.

My parents love this hotel because of the spacious room for them to put their belongings, to move around and perform solat. Check in easy and fast. Bedroom, bathroom and towels provided are clean. TV, mini fridge, the lights and electrical outlets near the bed for easy mobile phone's charging all work just fine. We can see the nice view of KLCC and KL Tower from our room! The hotel crews at the dining hall are friendly and very helpful ❤️ There is a 24hrs convenient shop inside the hotel. Restaurants nearby - the hotel cafe (serves Indian cuisine only and the Mee goreng mamak I bought for my old parents is too spicy) and an Old town White Coffee. Should request a room near the lift for my old parents. Lots of free parking outside the hotel. From the hotel I can reach Plaza Tol Gombak in less than 15 minutes during the holiday. The safety is quite secured because the lifts move up if only you have the room card - but we can also go up through the emergency stairs.

poor system for check in.I booked the same day then check in,got the card & enter the room with my kids.but after a while the staff keep knocked my door while only my children there since i need to go out for a while for urgent work matters. This really disappointed me and my children since they trauma the door knocking over&over again while i not in the room.Besides, the staff also use cynical words said is it me check in for myself or others then keep said that room was not registered yet.Is he want me to go out from room or what while i already paid for the room???How this problem can be happen since I already paid when i check in by myself and get card from hotel staff. Besides, just ask your staff previous shift before going to the room frequently which this can be reported as interrupting client privacy or call the phone no of guest for confirmation.Besides, very poor of wifi and personal internet.no coverage at all ?how can be happen since this hotel still at main city area.Very dissapointed for us.Only the nice surrounding and cool swimming pool that i can give credit. Please improve since i always check in here for my me time to relax but when I went to this hotel with my kids &facing experience like this, this experience affected me towards this hotel.

Dusty room and sometime there is bad smell when go outside room.

Some receptionist are friendly and helpful and some not. Lobby environment looks neat, open vibe and cozy. There is a lot of free parking around hotel and upper level parking. Nice view from my room. However, room are dirty, full of dust especially in toilet. All electrical appliance include aircond work well but some lamp are not working. While waiting lift to going down, there are garbage smell from somewhere else.

I am sure there was no soundproofing in the room, had to request bathroom products and breakfast left a little to be desired (not really the hotel's fault, just a few hungry individuals on the day).

It was a good stay, the rooms were of a decent size, comfortable and clean for its rating point. Most of the staff were positive and helpful, others could do with some up skilling, a smile doesn't cost much. The 7/11 was a handy addition, it is close to the Batu Caves and GRAB transport was never too long of a wait. Looks like lots of parking onsite.

Time for paint job on the entire hotel and fixed up any room defects. E.g., the sliding door to the washroom of my room have signs it had been pried open (for whatsoever reason) though door is still funtionable. Wonder why the door frame was not replaced ??

excellent location, hot shower, bed staff friendly in general wifi speed up to 60mbps when working getting to suntec convention only needs 6 minutes (including bus)

I don’t like the smell when we enter our room, probably your staff just finished cleaning the room, the smell is quite humid. Hope can spray air freshener next time. And the iron board, hopefully the hotel can provide the proper iron board, not long table like that. Thats all.

During my stay, i rent a car. Easy parking space around the hotel. Easy to buy things. 7eleven is nearby. My kids love the pool.

I guess "you did not get what you didn't pay for" rule applies here. Amenities are standard, the very gym is closed during my visit and pools were full of crowds without proper swimming attire.

The lobby gives good impression and I like how we do not have to walk past the reception area to the lift access, this feature is deeply appreciated for guests who prefer certain level of discreet and secrecy, plus I like how there are proper parking bays outside of the hotel without any regulations on traffic enforcement, basically its advisable to just leave your cars outside rather than parking inside basement.

Need at least 2 chairs for more convenience. The corridor should have at least been more 'fun' & nature-like. My suggestion, put plants or relevant decorations so that the corridor won't look too 'scary' at night.

The room is huge & comfortable. The view is good (can see the Merdeka tower from our room), the location is near to convenience stores, stalls for breakfast & the parking is free & accessible.
