Room was extremely quiet and the hotel is a genuinely peaceful place to be. Location is perfect and easy walking distance to Pavilions Mall and night life but away from the noise. Pool was excellent and the little coffee shop was perfect.

The appartement was really big and comfortable. You had everything you need for a nice stay. The staff was also very friendly. We even extended our stay! Across the road you had a small supermarket and a bakery. On walking distance you had the Chinese food market and lots of pubs to go out.

Very large pre-authorisation necessary considering the level of outlets for chargeback available (only 1 restaurant). RM800 per night seemed excessive to me.

Beautiful apartment in a very nice building. Great space and nice kitchen too. We were only there one night but we wanted to stay longer.

the guest toilet has a water log smell throughout the stay. main bedroom attached toilet was not cleaned when we arrived. compared to our last experience last year when we stayed at Lanson, the apartment seems a bit more run down. perhaps time for a refresh of the apartment?

The hotel has a good location, beautiful street. All attractions are nearby. There is a green area not far from the hotel. The apartments were perfectly clean, with unobtrusive daily cleaning. The apartment had absolutely everything necessary for living, they refreshed coffee, water, and even laundry detergent every day. The apartment is quiet, no noises distracted. Excellent pool area on the 5th floor. Good breakfasts, on the 48th floor with a beautiful view. I would like to separately note the work of the staff. Everyone is very professional, the service is one of the best.

We as europeans would have wished a brighter variety of breakfast, more types of ham, cheese etc.. The breakfast didn't satisfy us and it is more a 4* hotel breakfast than a 5* breakfast... The service during breakfast was very good tho, very friendly and professional staff.

Not really a problem but no sunshine in the pool area.

Very friendly staff. Apartment was immaculately clean and very well equipped. Lovely bedding. Great shower with loads of hot water. Brilliant view from our lounge window. Added bonus of a very well stocked reading room. Very calming environment. Not that close to the nearest metro station but Grab taxis so cheap it didn’t matter.

There is no convenience shop in the hotel and no nearby one within walking distance. Though providing breakfast, hotel doesn't have room service

The Friday night receptionist could have been more friendly and accommodating. I arrived at midnight from the airport exhausted and had no idea I had to pay a deposit and he wouldn’t let me just sleep for the night and settle it the next morning considering I had paid for 3 nights. I eventually got access to my room but it wasn’t the welcome I expected. Same with the Saturday morning lady, she could be friendlier. There was no one outside to help me with my luggage on arrival. Entrance is a bit dark and dodgy so was worried as a lone female. Breakfast choices are poor and it was cold on all days. Housekeeping didn’t dust surfaces on the days I was there.

Absolutely loved my one bedroom apartment. Well equipped, so cozy and comfortable. The views were to die for as well, clean bed and bath linen. Wish I could have spent more time.

In a great location, walking distance to bars, street food and restaurants and shopping. Pool area was huge and gym was great. In a leafy green part of bukit ceylon. Absolutley enjoyed our stay.
