The rooms seems outdated and looks like it require more maintenance. Price is high given the size of the room and facilities available. There are much better options that I will definitely look at next time I am in the area.

The location is good, close to all the tourist attractions and lots of facilities within walking distance (restaurants, convenience stores, etc.).

I was here in the same hotel 8 years ago. When I came back this time, I realise the things were old and need some upkeep for example the sofa cushion cover color was off. The towel were stained and not clean properly. There are stains on the walls in front of the lift, it makes it look dirty and not repainted. Mosquito netting were torned. Lastly, I was not aware that the kitchen were on renovation hence no breakfast provided with the price that I am paying. I really think this hotel has good potential for its location and good view. If it can refurbish, repaint (interior and exterior) and some room upkeep to make it look new, I will say is worth the money and is a good hotel. I like this hotel and I hope to be back and see it transformed. :)

The receptionist were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and has nice view. Location was good too.

they didnt provide towels for the first until i call the reception and ask for the towel. they said they gonna send it to our room. we waited until night, they didnt send it. and lastly i call back and they asked to picked by ourself at the receiption.

The walk from the elevator to the room is too creepy especially at night with kids. Didn't get the hill view.

Price is good. Very clean bathroom and leisure room. Very spacious and unique design of so called bedroom. Love the kids playing area.

There is no telephone in the room to call reception to provide us extra pillow. 1 person was given 1 pillow each. Toilet was dirty with stains.

The location & the acessibility to nearby shops and malls. Kea Farm or Pasar Pagi is just a stop away.

Cleanliness. The living room area is a bit dusty because the sliding door is left open when we arrived.

The room is very spacious, very comfortable for family of 4. We would like visit again to this hotel. Parking is very convenience.

The heater in the shower, always turn to cold and need ti always adjust the heater heat until it cannot adjust anymore. The room rate is expensive but did not have breakfast included. Please improve by having breakfast.

The location is in the centre of Cameron Highlands. So near to Kea Farm, The Sheep Sanctuary, Boh Valley, Cactus Point (walkin distance)

Good location, next to shopping mall, easy to look for a place to eat. Spacious room, free parking. Near to Kea Farm, Sheep Sanctuary, and Boh Plantation.

The building has no soundproof, balcony in close proximity, sofa have the damp smell, limited TV channels, might be noisy if building is in 100% occupancy rate.

The room does not have many furnitures (room feels empty). The furniture were also conventional. Note: Hotel forgot to put towels inside the room. I have to request twice.

Room is spacious. View was nice (I had a view of orchid garden). There is a mall below the hotel. Therefore, easy access to various restaurants and shops, as well as spacious parking area.

Everything is very good, except during check-out. Check-out took quite long time. The staff at reception inform that the system is down and cant check the booking. com payment.
