The location is good, close to all the tourist attractions and lots of facilities within walking distance (restaurants, convenience stores, etc.).

MalaysiaI was here in the same hotel 8 years ago. When I came back this time, I realise the things were old and need some upkeep for example the sofa cushion cover color was off. The towel were stained and not clean properly. There are stains on the walls in front of the lift, it makes it look dirty and not repainted. Mosquito netting were torned. Lastly, I was not aware that the kitchen were on renovation hence no breakfast provided with the price that I am paying. I really think this hotel has good potential for its location and good view. If it can refurbish, repaint (interior and exterior) and some room upkeep to make it look new, I will say is worth the money and is a good hotel. I like this hotel and I hope to be back and see it transformed. :)
The receptionist were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and has nice view. Location was good too.
