Great breakfast, wonderful nature vibe for the whole place, the manager Jeff and the rest of the staff is really nice and willing to help (got the latest check ever... keeping the room until we left the last day as it wasn't booked)

Pool was as warm as the air. Didn't provide much relief but there probably isn't anything that can be done unless a roof is put in.

Staff were so friendly and our accommodation was huge with a bath. Located near Chenang Beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

I loved the location, but you have to be aware that it’s a bike ride away from the next town with shops, restaurants and bars.

Lovely furnished rooms with comfy beds in a wonderful location, where you can enjoy nature, relax and just sit in your balcony watching wildlife. Great breakfast and lunch.

Mosquitoes had a party with my 4 year old but the accommodation did have spray for this. Just something to be wary of with kids

Tree house style accommodation. Spacious, clean, looking out over shady pool which was great to beat the heat, 10/10 Breakfast included at the smiling buffalo cafe, one of the best on the island. Location close to beach but we did have a hire car to get around easily with a young family. Staff very helpful. Baby cot provided and sofa bed allowed our family to fit comfortably. We were sad to leave and will come again!

    Nada. Everything perfect

Perfect location. Calm place near to the airport (without the noise from there). Basically we just lived in a cozy cottage inside our personal little jungle with a swimming pool. Accommodation provided us a free breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic and I gotta admit the best in Malaysia we had. They provided us very cheap rental scooter and did the laundry. Everything we asked for

We loved the villa, so spacious and comfy. Amazing a la carte breakfast and coffee. Garden and pool, feels like a little paradise. Communication is easy via WhatsApp, since the reception is not 24h staffed.

The toiletries were not filled so I had no shower foam unfortunately.. since the staff leaves at late afternoon, and I shower at night I didn’t bother to write them a message. Not the biggest issue in the world, but not really what you expect from a more expensive and luxurious stay… Also, i was here on my own, but only got 2 bottles of water instead of 4. You pay the same fee for a room as a couple would have. Just give all the amenities, since one also does / cannot use the breakfast double. Most bikes were broken.

Amazing and relaxing atmosphere. The houses are beautiful and the bed is extremely comfortable. The outside shower is really nice, and finally some real warm water! The pool is beautiful and quite. There are sunbeds and parasols. You can definitely spend a couple of days here to relax. The included breakfast (a juice, a coffee (good coffee!), and something to choose from the a la carte card) is fantastic. There are bikes you can use to get to the ‘city’. This is quite helpful.

There are animals everywhere, so maybe don’t book if you are afraid. The outside pillows and the sofa seemed a little dusty. I think the main disadvantage is that the hotel is too expensive (the villa is at the same price range as big resorts on seaside).

The location is near Pantai Cenang, around 1 km to the beach. Yet, it is quiet. The territory of the hotel is lovely, looks like a mini resort. Our villa was stylish, we enjoyed the patio, the intimacy. Rooms were cleaned every day. Good a/c. Great wifi. Very good breakfast (a la carte).

Our apartment run out of water during the day so we were asked to take shower in a different house. It was a bit inconvenient but worked well at the end.

The place is amazing to relax,it feels like being into a little jungle. Very calm and peacuful at night, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was overally good. The stuff was very kind and polite.

Such a lovely place to stay, a little bit out of the city but 10 minute drive 6/7 ringgit in taxi. We liked not being so close to the city. The pool was nice and chilled and the accommodation was great, nice veranda to sit out in the evening, comfy bed and monkeys in the trees! What more could you want? Breakfast was good, we also had lunch by the pool and that was good to, you cansee that everyone works hard to make this place an enjoyable place to stay😊

Our stay at Panji Panji was delightful. The atmosphere was relaxing and cozy. The rooms were fantastic, clean with a lovely interior. The food was lovely as well, a lot to chose from and very well valued! One of the highlights was the friendliness of the staff. They were very welcoming and polite. We had a late flight on the evening of checkout and they offered to let us stay in a spare room they had at no extra charge to wait for our flight. Amazing hospitality!

It is in the nature, so one needs to count with it. We did no have any problem with it, just sometimes there were lizards in the room etc.

Super nice place located in wonderful garden. Our chalet was on the upper floor which was really nice because all the trees and plants around helped to keep it quite private even during busy opening hours of the cafe. Chalet was spacious and nicely furnished. Part of the stay were breakfasts in the cafe and they were great. Amazing coffee! The cafe is widely popular and there was a reason, everything we tasted was really good. The huge plus was a swimming pool. We had it just for ourselves practically everytime. The pool is quite big, nice and surrounded by the amazing garden. We enjoyed it a lot. Last but not least, the staff! Everyone was super friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.

Signposts for reception. Given the hotel is immersed amongst a cafe, the two aren't distinguished with no guidance on where to check in. A walk into town is roughly 10-15 minutes and you would need to rent a car or scooter to get around. Not a fair negative against the host, but something to consider.

The host was great, really helpful and friendly! On arrival, we received a free upgrade due to availability and the cabin was really spacious and comfortable. Post arrival, our host helped us get into town, find a car rental and an exchange counter. Our room was cleaned each day, with fresh towels and the staff were really friendly. The hotel is immersed amongst a cafe and the breakfast was excellent. Large menu with a number of complimentary options as part of your booking. The pool is a decent size and easily accessible.
