The lobby did not reflect the brand image of Ramada (nor of Wyndham). Furniture is very run down and dated. Did not look welcoming at all. It was however counterbalanced by the cheerful attitude and demeanour of front desk staff.

Location was good to access the nightlife along Changkat Bukit Bintang, although the scene there seems to have deteriorated since the last time i was there a couple of years ago. However, it is still within walking distance to the major shopping area around Lot 10 and Pavilion.

Checkin staff wanted a cash security deposit of 100 MYR - or credit card would take a month to refund the deposit. Surely in this credit card world a holding deposit can be put on a card and released on checkout like every other hotel in the world. Room flooring is hard floor which feels less classy than carpet - but I think it’s actually cleaner and cooler than carpet.

Great location in chow kit area close to lots of cool restaurants and bars and Jl Alor food street. Easy walk to Bukit Bintang LRT station. Clean modern rooms. A great pool with a view! Good choices at breakfast - also with a nice view on 9th floor.

* I think a smaller shorter pillow might be great- i couldn't use the plush fluffy ones- and ended up slepping without, mattresses/ linen were very good. *I think the coffee sachets and milk were a bit hard to open, they should tell their supplier.

Other guests didn't realise that there were people in other rooms and they kept yelling in front of their door and in the corridor

all went well only that i had to call for more tissues and the shower gel was not being refilled {we stayed for 7 days and we were 3 persons in a room]. location is okay, safe and walking distance to eateries. Door men were very kind. Hats off to them. Otherwise all good.

I didn't like that early check in and late check out was unavailable, since we were travelling with a young child. Even so, the hotel did end up providing a relatively earlier check in for us, which was nice.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had a Starbucks self-service coffee maker downstairs which I liked. It was total value for money, and walking distance from all the malls, such as Lot 10 and Pavilion, although we couldn't walk there much since it was raining the whole time. It rains a lot during Christmas time, so always carry a rain coat and umbrella!

Pretty sure the bed had bed bugs as I was itching all night, shower small, floors sticky, door man just stared at me while I lift big luggage up the stairs to reception

The Security Guard upstairs for the pool and gym was very rude. I wanted to work out and he told me to get changed. So i did. But when i cale back he didn’t let me work out. Even tho there was 20 minutes Till the gym would have closed

1. Bathing area is too small. 2. There is balcony which is nice but the door has no manual lock. Key only available by hotel admin. As im staying with small kid, not able locking the door will be dangerous. Beside safety, not able locking the balcony door, isnt security will be a concern?

Can hear night clubs till very late in the night.

Good location to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor (food street). Great pool area, pool in shade. Quiet and relaxing by pool. Rooms good and comfy.

No cooking utensils inside room even though it has stove, tableware, plates, bowl etc. if no cooking pan, the facilities are useless.
