Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

You have excellent staffs from front office, to cafe ..all awesome. The room is big and very comfortable. A lots of parking and beautiful swimming pool. Felt safe as well.

SingaporeThere is a strong sewage smelling in the main and lift lobby area, very much unpleasant and unwelcoming. This happen throughout the 3 days of stay at the hotel so I believe this is not an one-off issue.
Location is good which is pretty near to Jonker but not walking distance as there is no pavement or pathway built for pedestrians. Very close to other amenities like cafes, food centres and restaurants.

MalaysiaSwan Resorts rooms come with very very little furniture. No sofa, and no TV in the living area. No other furniture besides the bed and TV in the bedroom. The bathroom is just 'empty', with no place to store anything during the shower. Nearby construction makes lots of noise during daytime hours.
Good location. Free parking, both outdoor and indoor. Very nice swimming pool and facilities.

United KingdomNo mirror in the room! Had to dry my hair using the reflection in the TV. Even the cheapest of hotels provide a mirror. It was a room for four people, but only one, uncomfortable chair. No balcony furniture. The room was huge, but was very sparsely furnished.
The shower was amazing. Very powerful and very hot. The swimming pool was a reasonable size and has a great view. The balcony had a great view. Location is more suited to travellers with cars. The walk wasn't far into town, but involves crossing three major roads.

Malaysia1. I’m not a big fan with tiles flooring 2. The room layout like apartment style even the room corridors 3. The bathroom quite smelly specially at toilet bowl although it looks clean 4. During check in, the reception unable to relocate my booking number and straight away asked me to refer with their other group hotel. (Next to their building) When i provide my booking details they quickly solve it. 5. They dont allow early check in even there are no other guest (perhaps hotel policy) 6. No facial tissue was provided. Even bath towels they just provide 2. Im confius as my booking was under family room which 2 large queen beds. 7. No room service even they mentioned they are 4 stars hotel 8. The shower pressure extremely strong and can hurt your body 9. No shower curtain or divider. The shower splashed over the place 10. No spot to placed your toiletries like soap and shampoo (hotel didn’t also provide this)
