The surrounding area around oyo should be cleaned up. It was totally messy with the bushes and rubbish. Thus it makes the hotel look scarier. The toilet was really small and the 'sawang' also spider were at the ceiling. Not comfortable to shower. Last but not least, the staff forgot to serve for the toileteries. However, the quantity of soap was not enough that make us need to buy outside.

Nice and good staff, everything that we asked. Will fullfilled by staff.

The toilet quite small.

The toilet quite small but comfort to use. Need to adds-on television, drink water (suggest to put the machine at lobby), and closet to easier to manage the luggage.

The location is strategic. The price was also affordable. It stated additional charge may occur in booking . com, so we weren't sure what it means when we book the room. During check in we needed to add RM20 from the paid amount via booking. We agreed to add RM20 since the price seems cheap for the big room. Sharing this here for others to consider if they wanna stay here. Overall, we are happy with the stay. Thank you.

The bathroom. There's lot of room for improvement but still manageable and usable.

Very clean. Staff very friendly. Big room with very cheap price. If you starve, there are plenty of snack and instant noodles you can purchase at pantry. You can cook or heat your meal. The location also good. Very near to heart of the city.

There wasn't anything that I did not like. Maybe a kettle in the room would be nice. But I was a solo traveller with my own transport, so that makes a difference.

I liked the big room which was very comfortable. It is quite an old property but for the price of RM57, it was really good value. I will stay here again if I come back to Kota Bahru

Been charged for late check in (after 10pm), even though due to police roadblock etc. Room were downgraded without proper reason, ie paid for room with 3 beds but have to accept room with 2 beds instead.

Location is walking distance to one of the local popular breakfast area, Kopitiam Kita. Within city center area and near to many tourist attraction places.

Actually, there is a building construction near the accommodation, so it disturbs the environment to some extent and causes dust in the parking lot

The bad review I am giving here has got nothing to do with the property itself. The place is clean and it’s quite ok for the price I paid. As soon as I arrived at the property, I was told they could not offer me the room for the price I booked and if I didn’t want to pay extra then I should find another place to stay. She said they have problem with OYO and haven’t been able to sort it out and when I said it’s their problem and not mine and I insisted only paying what was indicated on this website. Another guy was fetched and he was trying to emotionally blackmailing me. Saying this was the first time a guest didn’t want to pay extra and that I was “inhuman” not to. He said I could write review and he could also write a review about me. And he sarcastically wished me a good day and good stay. It was unbelievable that someone would behave like that and it was almost hostile. They should have just honoured the booking with a smile even if I didn’t want to pay extra. I booked the room for RM39.70 and I was asked to pay RM30 extra, which was 75% more of what I should be paying. It was such an unpleasant encounter and you should be aware of this if you would like to stay here.
