Location-wise not much within walking distance - need to take a Grab car to get to shops / restaurants.

The room was lovely & huge - great bath tub as well. We loved our stay at The Majestic. Nice breakfast buffet selection, and we enjoyed the gym facilities as well which were well equipped & provided free water which was appreciated.

The staffs were friendly. Always greet you whenever they saw you. The ambience of the hotel is very classy & charming & kinda takes you back to good old times. The breakfast selection although was not much unlike other hotels of its kind, but all the food was so delicious & tasty! I particularly like that I can have barista-styled coffee to start my day.

I loved everything about this hotel. The name was a perfect fit for the place. The hotel and staff were great. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The food was great and I could not have asked for the better experience.

The only improvement I would suggest would be on the dinner menu especially during off peak seasons, while the meals were absolutely delicious, a greater variety of cuisine would be much appreciated.

The property has a vintage English charm and is nestled in a beautiful location. The view from the hotel rooms are a pure gift of art. The fact that it’s also located a stone throw away from most tourist sites is a huge plus.

The location is but of far away from KL sentral. But they provide shuttle bus to pick up from 8am to 5pm.

The Reception lady is friendly and offer me a quiet room. The room is neat and big for 2 people !! I would love to stay one more night !

Perhaps parking could be waived for guests, the water from bathtub did not flow down tru the drain not sure was it due to insufficient toilet floor drainage had to call 3x for staffs to come up and they couldn’t come on time due to high occupancy at that time but nevertheless their attitude was commendable and still trying to deliver their work sincerely with a smile

I always enjoy my stay at The Majestic. This time around I was upgraded to the Colonial Suite. I believe they are committed to continuous improvement and therefore wouldn't hesitate to share my honest opinion for their betterment. For my dinner, the main course of the Colonial Sampler which was the Hainanese Chicken Chop was overdone - burnt at the edge and the chicken was dry. Would also appreciate if there is at least one gym machine that does leg muscles as mostly were focused on upper body (shoulders and back) workout. Kettlebells would be more practical than having the medicine balls with the not-so-helpful handle. Other than that, my stay was exceptional. Had an enjoyable time with my friends at the orchid gallery during hitea. And heads up to Melo for going out of his was to assist me around. Looking forward to my next staycation at The Majestic Hotel again some day.

I love that there are many activities under one roof that can be done even on a rainy day.

My wife and I requested a couple of things to wrap a gift..like a celophen tape and a pen. Which the room service couldn't find or deliver. Also the check in guy, Hong. Was kind of rude to his other colleague which made us feel uncomfortable. I think being nice and polite makes customer service goes a long way for a 5 star hotel.

I liked the check in and check out was fast and simple.
