The mugs are stained, no water bottle and tothbrushes provided, and its a little far from town.

Location wise is not in Taiping. But overall, by using car is easier & quiet for the hassle. the bed overall is comfortable to sleep. Simple & clean hotel.

1. Lots of mosquitoes and other insects in the room. 2. Loud noise from the street. 3. Aircond has some problems, it goes off many times.. had to wait for a few minutes before it stabilises, and worst there's no fan in the room. 4. Only 1 iron and 1 iron board are provided at the reception area.

1. Nice location, close to delicious humble eateries, and has Speedmart next door. 2. We stayed at the contena (king room), so we didn't have to take the stairs. 3. Clean room. 4. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room had a comfortable bed, blanket, and pillows. 5. The bed size is big enough, suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 5 and 7. 6. The water pressure was good. 7. Easy parking.

The aircond in my room was not working well. But the Indian boy managed to overcome it.

No breakfast. Location a bit far from town centre but still no problem for me. The most that I like and appreciate is the courtesy of the management who allowed me to check-in early, as I reached Taiping quite early in the morning. Even I can check-out before 1pm. So generous. The staffs are also polite and helpful. The Indian boy who handled my aircond problem. Looking forward to stay there in the future.

Stairs, family room located floor two, stairs are steep and small, difficult to bring up our huge luggage. I hope next time your staff could assist with huge and heavy luggage.

I think better they provide an iron for every room or give iron with door card. Cause so uncomfortable when customer need to iron their clothes at front desk.

Ada byk mosquitoes🦟.. You should spray/ etc before the guess check- in.. Too many mosquitoes..we bought own ridsect to spray our rooms .. 😭😭

Waze and Google map brought us to another TT Dorf hotel and not the one we booked. Apparently there is another branch and the staff there wasn't helpful at all. We had to figure it out ourselves. The flight of stairs - not suitable for elderly or with wheel chair. TV wasn't working and was told that technician will only be around to check the next day. So no entertainment at all while staying. The toilet was a bit odd - There is a door inside to use the loo but very open for the shower. Should install a door as well curtain for the shower. Recommend having hooks for clothes or towels in the bathroom. Not enough hangers provided for family room - only 2. No ironing facilities provided on the same floor. Had to bring our clothes and iron at the lobby itself.

Very clean. Spacious and comfortable room to fit the family. The mattress and pillows are so comfy. Water pressure was good. Shampoo and Bath Liquid are provided. There's Speedmart beside the hotel for convenience..

spring clean, a lot of sitting areas outside the rooms, nice landscape, nice OOTD spots, spacious parking area, easy check in/out, 10 mins drive to Kuala Sepetang prawn noodles, 10km to Taiping famous lake garden. Extra large single bed. 99 Speedmart is just right next door
