Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaFree parking are super limited. For muslims, there's no kiblat guidance in the room so need to check on your own. The hallway got a bit unpleasant smell and there is only one plug socket in the room (studio deluxe). There is no bidet in the toilet.
Nearby KL Sentral but not walkable, you need to book grab or drive.

MalaysiaToiletries were prepared in bottles without label. Near Mid Valley, but you cannot walk to there because no pedestrian walkway. It is advisable to have your own car or use taxi/Grab car.
A bit worn out because probably it is an old building, but comfortable enough for a short stay. Also, they have elevator straight from basement parking.

MalaysiaMy guests feedback that after check in, discovered that room was not ready, not made up and still in mess. Front desk wasnt aware that room was not made up, how inefficient. Guest requested front desk to inform after room is ready but no one had courtesy to call to inform them after they left hotel and return late at night since room was not ready to be occupied earlier. This caused my guests to not be able to have their rest upon check in after long outstation travel. I called hotel front desk official number 9 times between 3.30pm and 10pm to want to check status of room but no one attended to all calls, dialling tone but unanswered. I also messaged to property via Booking.com apps, there was no response even after guests had checked out and until time of this comment. This would probably be the first and last booking from me. Hope other hotel customers dont face similar issues on daily basis. Hotel needs to buckup on managing housekeeping and coordination between departments before I consider booking again for my guests in future.
Booked lodging for a guest with family. Location is ideal for purpose of this trip.

MalaysiaRoom 219 Not very clean, but still acceptable. The light in the room is dark. Not suitable for makeup and paperwork. Smell not good when first going into the room. No water hose beside toilet bowl. Shower hose leaking. That's all.
