No Internet at the Back Rooms. I requested to be moved to a Room closer to the Reception when there is a book out, which the Staff Members did. I was quite satisfied. No TVs in the Rooms, which I highly understand why....as Aus serves as a transit town to other part of Namibia.

The only wifi was in the common area and it wasn’t great, cutting out regularly. The floors squeaked a lot. Our room had a fan but no A/C.

Room was very basic but functional. The restaurant served a wide variety of food and it was very good, esp the pizza. Breakfast was good with hot choices available. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful. They had secure parking in back which was very comforting.

A good stopover hotel. It was very convenient to stay here and visit Kolmanskop and Luderitz as a day trip. Our room was basic, but large and clean. The sundeck patio is lovely to sit and have a drink or meal.

We were on prospecting tour this year and looking for new locations to visit Namibia with small groups. This lodge is ideally located for those passing through. price/quality ideal. rooms are basic but large and there is everything you need the lodge is about a 20-minute drive from the wild horse viewing point. Very nice, cosy bar. Nice food. Good breakfast.

Location is good for folks visiting Namibia. Room had everything needed, furniture and furnishings were a little dated.

I thought it was a bit pricey compared to other place we stayed at in Namibia. But there is not much other choice in Aus in terms of hotels.

The rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast was ok but not fantastic. There was a buffet with bread, cold meats, yoghurts, cheese and also a hot breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage).

It was very cold at night when we stayed in the hotel mid september. The small heating device in the room did not help. Also in the restaurant, it was chilly, the gas-heating unit was insufficient to create a pleasant temperature. Take warm pyjamas when you stay there during winter or sprintime !!

Charming hotel at the quiet edge of the small village of Aus. Rooms are basic, but OK. Good quality of the beds. Friendly staff, helpful to address any problem. Good restaurant at the premises. Secured parking lot behind the building.

Although it is winter in Namibia, nothing had been done to alleviate the cold in the night time. Unfortunately our room had an outside door. The second night was more comfortable as we had extra blankets. However the dining room was very cold, even the staff were wearing outside clothes. One night there was party in and we were relegated to a table just inside the door, which was even colder, everytime the door was opened or left open.

Generally the hotel was fine and lived up to our expectations, especially as we stayed there in 2016.
