Rooms were a little run down and in need of some TLC, we only had fans, and in the intense heat, there was no air flow, therefore the room was extremely hot.

The pool was nice and clean and a nice area to sit.

The bathroom felt a little overlooked as it wasn’t possible to close the window which was in view of the staircase

The room was spacious with good storage facilities. We enjoyed the outdoor space, taking advantage of the hammocks, pool and sunny spaces to dry clothes.

It seems like the pool is open to the public or perhaps the staff's family.It was annoying at times sitting by the pool trying to relax and 4 + kids(12-15 year olds) splashing and screaming.

Very little water pressure, hard to take a shower. Housekeeping didn’t come to the room once during our 4 nights. A towel change would have been nice.

We switched to a poolside room on the 2nd night at no extra charge. Had one breakfast and one dinner at the hotel, both were very good. Outdoor seating area (and hammocks) were very nice, lots of space. The pool was a great bonus. Also able to book our scooter right at the front desk rather than the multiple outfitters in the village. Sophia at the front desk was excellent. Laundry service was also great. A three block walk from the center of town which got us away from some of the noise.

Charges 6% on card transactions. You have your room checked upon leaving and it feels a bit like ending a tenancy in an apartment. All tiny marks are noted and have the potential to be billed.

It’s very fairly priced, clean, good pool and rooms are comfortable with aircon. Good location, near to town centre. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Had no running water on our first day, but that was an area-wide problem and not the hostels fault.

Great location close to ferry port and restaurants/ shops in Moyogalpa. Pool was so nice and always quiet. Room big and comfy bed, no A/C but was not too hot.

The room was difficult to air and cool down. But it was comfortable.

Nice big room in a clean hotel with pool. Nice breakfast. Great staff. Various shared spaces to sit, enjoy views, play games. We rented a scooter, had an accident and the staff was very reasonable regarding the damages. The location is perfect just outside the “downtown” core. Street food options available nearby.

The room was extremely hot and we struggled to cool it down with just the fan. There were no mosquito nets on the windows so we didn't feel comfortable leaving them open overnight. There seemed to be a few ants coming from the bathroom

The room was a good size. The pool was fantastic as it is very hot on Ometepe. The day time receptionist was helpful and spoke good English.

There were not many people, not very social hostel when we were there.

The hostess was very friendly and helped us with booking the vulcano tour. And you can rent a scooter right at the hostel. The pool was nice to cool off in after a hot day.

No hot shower, water pressure could be a bit better... At night the surroundings can be a little noisy so bring earplugs.

Very nice hotel, wish we could've stayed longer! We booked the family room with air-conditioning, very spacious, very clean! Absolutely the best view of the island on the Conception Vulcano from the roof terrace! There are a lot of sitting options around the outside spaces. Nice pool with both sun and shade. Good WiFi. About a 10 minute walk from the ferry and restaurants. The way there is perfectly safe. Staff was really nice, speak both English and Spanish. Good breakfast. We rented a scooter, easy and good pricing. Would definitely recommend!
