I didn’t like that the property smelt of Cannabis smoke from time to time.

Wifi spotty at best; mostly inadequate. Room was small. Room location at front was noisy at times (traffic).

Upon arrival, I wasn't certain the carpet had been vacuumed, and there was a drawer that had a lot of dirt in it. Everything else though was very clean.

The breakfast was very good and more than a continental breakfast. A good value.

There was a knock at the door in the early hours of our first night, yesterday was a bit disconcerting

Issue with door locking when leaving room- takes a few times for lock to work- (key fob) also balcony door very hard to secure - have to really close it hard and push bottom of door with your knee/foot. Carpet floor by balcony door soaking wet- rubber mat there trying to cover this up. Sheets and towels been washed but a few stains on sheet and towel- balcony curtains dirty and a few burns holes - I kept finding cigarette buds on balcony? The cigarette dispenser was full and over flowing, not emptied in our 3 days of staying. Shower power great but very small space to wash and move- kept hitting the tap and turning it off when washing. Bathroom/toilet door very noisy- need some wd40. Not enough hanger- 5 in total only.

Staff was very friendly & helpful-luggage left till 4pm with checkout at 11iclock we could still spend afew more hours in Amsterdam. Location good with easy links to central and all attractions- Trams & metro on your doorstep

The walls were quite thin so you could here people outside, especially at night. But was a quiet location and area so didn’t bother us really. Still slept well. The shower head kept falling off the shower but nothing major.

Great location, easy access to the trams, good price for where you are located compared to how expensive a lot of places are that are further away. Everything we needed for a few nights. Shop right near the hotel. Clean and comfortable, would stay again if I revisited.

The windows were not very clean. We washed them in 10 minutes and enjoyed the clear view of the sea. But due to strong winds, the next day the windows became slightly dirty. The balcony was a little dirty, but the view saved it. The doors in the bathroom did not stay open. There were no slippers in the room. This is if you get down to the little things. Overall we really liked everything)) Thank you!

Hello! The staff is friendly)) The rooms are beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the water pressure is excellent, all the accessories were there. The view from the window is gorgeous, even with the window closed, you could hear the sound of the waves slightly.

The lift wasn’t working so it was a bit noisy when other guests passed our room to get to theirs. Hair dryer didn’t work.

The location was perfect for exploring the city of Amsterdam. The room was clean and tidy. We had fresh towels everyday and our bed was made.

Elevator was broken so had to take suitcases up and down the stairs. Bed has a mattress topper thing that slid around a bit, but was still comfortable.

Great location, very close to public transport and within a reasonable walking distance to some of the larger squares. The staff were very helpful and gave some good recommendations for things to do in the city.
