No kettle, you were expected to use the coffee machine for boiling water, with only little lungo sized cups provided.

Literally next to the tram stop which is 25 minutes from central station and 10-15 from popular tourist areas. Area itself felt more like the suburbs, which is great since you are close to downtown but you can escape the noise and tourist prices of those areas. 3 minutes to the supermarket too and 10 minutes to many restaurants by walking. Room was spacious, clean, and housekeeping was very effective. Plenty of electrical outlets too. Check in and out was easy due to the option to use the self check in and out machines.

The television was small and only had unnecessary local channels. Since the television was not a smart television, there was no YouTube. Compared to the money I paid, it is very bad that such a situation occurs.

We had no issues. If you want to be staying in the centre of bars, restaurants and night life (which we didn't) then this is not, but you can get to those areas by tram.

Great location with a tram stop outside which goes directly into the centre of Amsterdam with frequent trams. There are also two supermarkets about 5-10 minutes walk away and a couple of eating options (that we did not try). Its a quiet area and we did not really explore it. The check-in and checkout were automated but with a member of staff to assist if necessary. The rooms were spacious and clean with a TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. Ensuite facilities all worked well with a nice hot shower. When we got there we chose to pay extra for the buffet breakfast, and this was well worth it with a great choice of items including cooked breakfast. For a short stay in Amsterdam this was ideal as it is close enough to the centre, comfortable and a reasonable price.

There was nothing to dislike it was perfect

It was designed beautiful it was welcoming immaculately clean and tidy. Loved my stay there the beds pillows and quilts were so comfortable just amazing. You checked in by yourself which I thought was genius no time waiting at front desk brilliant idea. There was a vending machine which I think is convenient. The shower was spot on loved it Absolutely loved our stay there stunning hotel it’s a 100/10 from myself and my husband everyone felt the same

This is truly a 4-star hotel! It is very easy to get here from the airport, the location is very good, there is a tram stop in front of the hotel that takes you to the center in about 25 minutes without transferring, clean towels and cleaning every day. The workers are very kind and patient, especially the Hungarian girl working there! We will definitely go back! I recommend

The room had dust whenI arrived, at least on the bed sheets I noticed , but otherwise all good. And the window didn’t close well so it was a bit chilly.

They upgrade up to a 3 bed bedroom so it was big. The shower was amazing and big space in the bathroom.
