Location is not in center, but it is easily reachable, tram in front of the hotel which also continues to Central Station. As I had to make arrangements nearby, for me it was very convenient. Metro station (in direction Central Station) is also nearby. Modern design, efficient service.

Nothing you could change but the road noise was quite loud if the windows were open

25-30 min commute to city centre. Staff was not the friendliest and they have self check in stations where you make your own room card keys.

Such a spacious room for European standard. Comfortable triple room. Great value and clean facilities. Location is outside the immediate city centre but very accessible by tram.

Lack of restaurant or bar There is a superb Lebanese restaurant called Cedars just down the road. Very high eating and deserves it. The Chinese restaurant around corner very good food and again very well rated

Located on the famous no 2 tramline. Goes directly to Centraal Ststion so about 15-20 ride but very pleasant. 24 hour tram ticket 9 euros Also the hotel is very modern and clean with very big confortables rooms and lovely bathrooms excellent value

Very Clean, Great Set-Up for DND and Make Up Room with in room system. Staff very courteous and easy to check in with automated system and options for early check in (€ depending on how early) and late check out (same as check in depending how long for). Hotel is 20/25 mins away from Dam Square with No. 2 Tram just outside hotel taking you there. Around 5 minute walk to Metro if you wish to go to Amsterdam Arena for Ajax like we did.

The climate system didn't worked well. We have tried every option but there were only 2 possibilities: ~26 degrees or ~21 degrees. The hand wash soap was in a small tube. It would be better if there would be a dispenser. The room cleaner always removed and brought the room card from the "holder". So there wasn't electricity after that. And she really brought it! So we have to go to the reception to request a new one!

The hotel located at a very good place. There is a tram station in front of it and there is a metro station around 500 meter far. The rooms are well equipped. There are a lot of wardrobe for the clothes. The self check in and check out was well cool. The breakfast wasn't the best but it was enough.

Location, but like I say the tram works well

Good location for transport as the tram was directly outside the hotel. It was a fair few stop in but you are out of the hustle and bustle. There is a Lidl 2 minutes walk away! If you like your daily essentials. The hotel was lovely and warm, after a cold day out, it was needed. The staff are very welcoming and the room was nice and spacious. Overall fab stay!

Everything was great. Staff were helpful, breakfast was okay. Location is great. Across the street you have the station for the #2 tram, which takes you to Central station and the city center. So you can get to where you need to go and back very easily.

The location is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood and the tram for city centre and Amsterdam train station is right in front of the hotel . The room is very big and cozy and the place is super clean. We had an amazing city-break în Amsterdam în this hotel. ☺️

Great hotel with its own parking garage. Tram stops literally in front of the hotel and takes you to the center of Amsterdam. Rooms clean and spacious, staff was courteous. Prices fair for Amsterdam.

The hotel is in a convenient location- just 5 minutes from a metro station. And there is a tram station across the street, which can take you to the centre of Amsterdam and all major sights. The room was spacious and with everything you will need for your stay- coffee/tea machine and iron included. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Its far from the center and as for me i dont know how to use metros and very rare English writing and speaking so i got lost many times but for people who are aware its very easy

- Plastic cups only in hotel, not acceptable for 4 stars hotel and not good approach considering sustainability - Minimum socializing with reception, it is nice to talk to people now and then and not everything should be digitalized - Relatively uncomfortable sleeping pillows

Hotel is located in a peaceful and safe area, away from tourist mayhem. Room looked nice, but had signs of aging (for example, very old windows, old wardrobes)
