Small maintenance is needed: water from bathroom tap and shower heads goes everywhere but hardly on you, power outlet at bedside hangs loose, saloon doors of bathroom do not close. At asking price a box of tissues in the bathroom is expected. We never need them but previous guests took the accessories and left an unnoticed empty box.

There were only two things that bothered me. One of those things were the broken items. The toiletseat was broken somehow and after notifying the staff about it they already seemed to be aware. Another thing that was broken was one of the showers. It couldn't be turned off or on since the handle was missing. When this is one of you USP's since you have two showers so you can shower along side eachother it was a bit disappointing. And a small tip for the staff is to check the drawers too. When I opened it there were items of precious customers in there.

The staff was very nice and accommodating with food preferences. Even going out of their way to get us something new. We had the bridal suite. It was very roomy and spacious. And the staff walked us through all the facilities that we could use. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a really good stay.

While it was a good location to access shops, it was bad for arrival. I paid for a taxi from Schipol and it ended up dropping me off about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel which is in a pedestrianised area, not good with two large suitcases, even with good wheels, because the whole area has cobble stones. Also the room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was very weirdly shaped, poorly lit (especially to do makeup).

If you like a quiet stay do not pick this hotel. Across the street you have a popular bar that is very busy at night, especially on the weekend. If you are a light sleeper this will definitely be something you want to avoid. Also, as this hotel is situated in the city center it is almost impossible to reach the hotel by car. The hotel is 15 mins walk from the central station so I would advice traveling by train.

Boutique hotel in the heart of the city center. Rooms are spacious with their own theme. This hotel is almost at the main square in the city center, you can almost touch the church. If you plan a city trip to Breda this is the ideal spot. All restaurants, shops, bars etc are in walking distance. A few doors to the left of the entrance of the hotel is a great cigar shop with a wide variety of cigars, lighters etc. Worth a visit if you are a cigar (or pipe) smoker.

Room was looking a little tired, in need of a refresh, e.g painting and a couple of lights not working. No bar fridge in the room? Nitpicking, but no rubbish bin in the bathroom.

Great location. A wonderful bed. My room had a fireplace in a separate sitting area from the bed. This would be magnificent in the winter.

The shower (bath room) is too dark. Not so much organized , the system did not work when we checked in. The payment machine did not work when we checked out. The room looks nice but quit a lot of dust. The top of the wall for the TV is totally white from the dust. The top of the coffee machine was full of dust as well.

Being in the center of the city you will have noise from the bars and cafes. I personally did not mind but do feel the need to mention it for people who can't stand city noises.

It's a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. The business suite is lovely. The fireplace really makes the suite just that extra luxurious. At arrival they prep the suite, by turning on some lights and playing music, that gives a welcoming feel straight away. Beautiful and spacious is the overal feel you get from the suite. Great bathroom, amazing shower. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast in the room was very generously size wise. I had a lovely stay and will go back for sure.

The hotel is in a really nice part of the town, looking to the Grote Kerk. It’s in the middle of the buzzing of the city but quiet at the same time. Breakfast is good. Location is good.
