The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. They serve a lovely breakfast and also have a self service 24hr coffee station.

While immaculate, the rooms were a little small with little clothes storage for a stay beyond a few days. My hot water in the shower could have been hotter but it didn’t bother me too much to complain.

It was very clean and located in a lovely quiet part of the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable but a tad on the small size.

It is located not close to the city center. It takes 1 hour on foot or 30 minutes by public transport to get. There was a staff meeting held in the breakfast section while customers were having their breakfast. The fact that cost cutting in the form of terminating breakfast service was being discussed while we were having our breakfast, made us feel guilty. No internal meeting should be held next to customer in any type of business. Ana or Anna the hotel manager made our experience worse by treating us like invaders instead of customers. We didn’t deserve any salutations or smiles from her during our 5 nights stay. All we deserved was awkward sounds she made when my wife tried to get some bread from the counter. Surprisingly rest of the personnel were top notch. Next time we will make sure that the breakfast is still complimentary and Anna or Ana is no longer there before making a buying decision.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Complimentary breakfast helped us to get moving in the early mornings. Liked the comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Enjoyed the calmness of the neighborhood. Staff were very friendly and polite except the manager (Ana or Anna?)

There were no wardrobes, cupboards or drawers in the room and no bedside tables. There was also no chair. This was an inconvenience. The shower gel pump did not work. There was a reading light on only one side of the bed. There were no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room and no hairdryer, although these could be accessed downstairs.

The hotel was in a very good position for accessing both public transport networks and local restaurants, but was also in a very quiet area near the Vondelpark. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned each day and was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and there was easy access to rooms via a lift or stairs. The decor was attractive.

My room was tiny. Barely enough space to open my suitcase. The shower was so small you couldn't avoid rubbing against the glass wall. My room key didn't open the front door a couple of times. Breakfast was... the absolutely minimum you can serve to call it breakfast, in a tiny windowless room. It's really not worth it in a city like Amsterdam that has so many great options for coffee and breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, on a quiet street, and seems to be recently renovated and furnished.

The room was very small. It was difficult to open our larger suitcase anywhere in the room. With any suitcase open there was limited room to move around. We were located directly above the main door which could be loud when it closed.

It was very clean and had great staff. Located close to a main tram line which took us most places we needed to go without the need to transfer. Very plentiful and high quality restaurants, bars/pubs, coffee shops, cafes, and other shops near by. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The nearby park was very cute and nice to walk through. The app was interesting and only didn’t work one time. Umbrellas for use came in handy more than once. Included breakfast is always appreciated.

After spending a night at the hotel, I have to admit that I wasn't completely satisfied with the pillows provided. They were a bit too hard and uncomfortable, which caused some discomfort in my neck. However, apart from this minor inconvenience, I must say that everything else was absolutely spot on. The service was excellent, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Well done!

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was situated in a serene and peaceful neighbourhood, which had a very sophisticated and upscale vibe. What's more, getting to the hotel from Amsterdam central station was a breeze. All I had to do was hop on the number 2 tram just outside the station and ride seven stops. Once I arrived, I found that the hotel was just a short walk away. The hotel's housekeeping was nothing short of exceptional. I stayed there for two nights, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was cleaned to perfection each morning. It was evident that the staff took great pride in their work and paid close attention to detail. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was a wonderful touch. I was spoilt for choice with the variety of options available, including boiled eggs, toast, brown and white rolls, cheeses, pork slices, apple and orange juice, teas, coffee, and hot chocolate. I even took advantage of the option to pack a lunch every morning, which included a couple of rolls, cheese, ham, and an egg. Overall, my experience at the hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.

Lack of heating in bathroom was the only one minus.

Room - very comfortable, with enough space for everything. Plus huge, comfy bed. Also, the towels were waiting for us, so that was nice to not have to carry them around. Everyday cleaning also was a great surprise :) Location near Vondelpark is just great - easy to find the Hotel as well as everything around it. Breakfast was tasty - good choice for everyone to eat something they like. Huge thanks to Ana who welcomed us and was very helpful, friendly and shared a lot of interesting facts with us. It made the whole stay even better experience :)

It’s a little bit far from the center however public transportation did not make it an issue at all, also if you’re up for it it’s like an hour walk

The only drawback really is that the rooms are too small. We didn't book the cheapest room as we feared this but still had a very small room. There was no place to put our luggage in the room.

Staff were excellent, polite and helpful. The hotel gave everyone breakfast for free. The location is great,20 minutes from downtown using 1 tram.

Bit farther out from main city centre but can walk in about 30 minutes or get tram straight in. Room is a little bit small for storing bags/suitcases.

Really nice hotel room, with good shower and comfortable bed. Close to Vondelpark and nice restaurants and cafes.
