Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceBecause of the type of headboard, you cannot sit up and watch TV from the bed. The chairs are not comfortable. There was a coach party in the bar and we were not allowed in there. The restaurant was full and there is not enough seating anywhere else to be able to just have a beer. No vending machine.

Receptionist at checking was totally engaged in whatever was occupying her time on the computer to properly address my wife apart from telling her we could not check in till 15.00. Admittedly we arrived earlier than expected, around 13.30 but there was No effort what so ever to communicate apart from”check in is at 15.00”, after a two hour drive we expected much better. The room was also well below expectation, tired looking and a pretentious bath/shower in the centre of the bath room. Cleanliness was also lacking in addition to tired soft mattress’s, could not wait to leave. Absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend this establishment.

United KingdomI had no air conditioning in my room for my entire stay and it was very hot. 2 out of 3 desk staff were very unhelpful but the last girl did offer me fans for the last night. No compensation though. Luckily my clients had perfect air con in their room and didnt witness the breakfast fiasco.
breakfast was good on day 1 and 2 then 3rd day one member of staff on. No bowls for most of the time i was in there...about an hour and no plates at all for the last 15 mins I was there.

NetherlandsThe receptionist at night and different one in the morning was curt. In the evening we asked for food option and he said "well that will be thuisbezorgd". So we ordered from thuisbezorgd (delivery food service), but were told by the delivery guy that we had to meet him beyond the parking lot, because he was not allowed on premises. Strange, but later we saw a sign on the table that you are not allowed to order from thuisbezorgd while the reception advised this. Further on cleaniness - on the bed and in the bathroom there were silverfishes. Black mold on the shower curtains and a very dirty spot on the carpet. The furniture is damaged and dated. In short my advise - skip this hotel unless you are desperate for a place to stay for one night.
We didn't add breakfast, because they asked 33 euros additional for that. More fun to go out and find something else. We chose the place, because it was easy to find next to the highway and has 24/7 reception. It was after a festival, so we would arrive close or after midnight.

NetherlandsAir conditioning does not work in rooms. We were moved to another room and it didn’t work in second room either. This was main reason for booking hotel. So a very warm night. Otherwise it’s excellent and we plan to return during cooler weather.
We loved the location being next to the woods, restaurant was excellent, room was quiet.

BelgiumWe stayed for a single night, so maybe we were unlucky, but the place was DIRTY. We were given a room on -1. All over the carpets showed a lot of dirt, crumbs, etc. We found 2 tiny bugs in our bed - though admittedly from the adjacent lake (why not put a window net?!). There was old dirt on the nighstands and a bit allover. The staff kindly offered us another room on +1, which was renovated, but smaller and very hot. Breakfast is not worth the price. Note that you can only use gym and pool until check-out (and not on the day of checkout as in some other Fletcher hotels)
Overall a nice hotel, close to a festival venue, small but pleasant pool, gym and a non-working sauna.

United Kingdomthe hotel itself was ok but the location is terrible as its quite far from the city centre and theres no good transport links. Theres only one bus so unless you are driving or willing to spend a fortune on taxis then go ahead. The place is mainly for older people as I havent seen anyone young at all and also no tourists as everyone was Dutch. The food at the restaurant was very average but quite overpriced, they also lack vegetarian/vegan options. Basically out of 4 nights we booked we only ended up staying 1. :(

PolandThe lack of air conditioning, the dysfunction of which I reported immediately, was not only inconsistent with the standard offered, for which I paid, but also extremely bothersome in the middle of June. The damaged air conditioning was not repaired for the entire 12 days, and I was not offered another room. Instead, a small table fan was provided. (thanks). There were no new shampoo or bath liquid provided for the whole stay (12 days). During the first shower, I noticed that the drain was clogged and reported it right away, The drain was only open after 10 days. The lower corners of the shower cubicle are infested with brown mold. The hotel pool is rickety small, as is the oversized hot tub.
The hotel looks very friendly from the outside. The hotel restaurant is delicious. Also, the restaurant personnel is excellent, funny, and professional. The hotel has ample parking, and the restaurant is well separated from the rooms, assuring silence. Windows are good quality and well stopping the noise of the highway. The hotel has a small swamp full of frogs, making the night special when the window is open.

LuxembourgHonestly we where expecting a much better room. When I reserved the room, the pictures for “our” suposed room were different and much better. We didn’t like the shower too, the water barely comes out of it. We reserved the pool like it supposed to be and when we arrived there, there where at least 8 people in the pool when the maximum is 6 people due to covid! So we left and we couldn’t even enjoy the pool. We weren't going to stay there 10 people in a small pool, I wonder if most of those people reserved the pool?
The food was what we liked the most and the place that is very calm.
