Booking promoted a room with a sofa bed in the living room. The property said there was no such a thing so booking needs to align with the hotel to provide an accurate info of the suites

Location was perfect, love the style and decoration. My sister and I enjoyed to sit and relax in the inner patio. Friendly staff.

The minus is that the family rooms are on the last floor (2nd) with narrow steps. For us it was ok, we just had to carry the babies with us up and down as part of the daily sport.

The room was clean, big, had ac, cribs for the babies and private bathroom, the location is amazing, the breakfast is really good. Nice staff. If I return to Delft I would stay there again

For a 3-star hotel, I think everything was good. Cleaning could be better, but it was ok. A mini-fridge in the room would be very nice, but I guess it's a European thing not to have any. MInor things like a missing bulb - again, not life-changing. Overall, I cannot complain. I had a good stay. I would stay here again.

Location, location, location. It's in the center of it all, yet with no crowds or drunk tourists under your windows. Also, surprisingly, good soundproofing. And AC!! - this is a gift from heaven for a person from where I come from, we are used to having ACs at bus stops.

The bathroom was good, large and clean except the light was very poor. This led to difficulty seeing for shaving, contact lenses etc. We requested a light bulb be replaced but nothing happened over the four nights. Toilet paper difficult to obtain. Apparently we had the last one in the hotel!?

The room seemed a little bit tired. The outside area especially the area on the first floor seemed neglected. Booked the hotel because it was part of a restaurant unfortunately the restaurant was not open at night.

The problem with the AC. However it was an unusual time for a heatwave. We were very pleased with the second room .

Excellent position in the middle of Delft. Room 26 was quite small , expected . We arrived in the middle of a heatwave and the AC didn't work . As it was also a Sunday it took a while for staff to contact the manager . No fan was available in the meantime. Once he arrived, at 9pm, we were immediately upgraded to a much larger room with working AC . Problem solved . Breakfast was very good .

Emergency fire alarm was activated in the mid-night unfortunately. But I know this is not fault by the hotel, therefore no prpblem.

We had a problem during check-in as the information they had was not up to date. The lady at the reception was able to find a solution quickly though.

The hotel is located in the city center, in front of a canal. It only has the basic amenities but it is charming and beautifully decorated in a vintage style. The rooms we had were spacious. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is rich too.

The check in was complicated by them having a new system. As the hotel tells you, there is no lift and the stairs are steep and there is no one to help with luggage. It is a shame they do not serve dinner.

The location is fantastic. The rooms we had on the first floor are larger than expected and comfortable. Lovely staff . Very nice breakfast room. There's an area on the canal for drinks which must be lovely in the summer.

Very friendly personnel and helpful. The hotel has a very central location, just a few hundred meters from an open square. Walking from train station takes about 10 minutes. The hotel has also a small nice outside bar with some drinks and food.
