Located in the middle of the city over looking a bustling terrace area with bars and restaurants. It was still quiet on an evening so sleep was easy. The staff were super helpful and really accommodating, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I will use this hotel again

Noisy outside on a Saturday night with many late night resellers. We couldn't eat breakfast at the restaurant next door as it was never open when we were told it would open.

Great location not too far from train station and in the centre of the city. The proprietor was welcoming and accommodating.

Dont' know, my stay was too short to notice anything that could be better.

Eerlier reviews complained about the noise from outside. We definitely heard a lot of noise from outside, but when we closed the window, we heard almost nothing! I guess they did a good job fixing that.

The location is great, but the restaurants outside are pretty busy and loud having the window opened. The shower did not work poperly.

The staff was very helpful and let us store our bikes inside at night.

There isn't any thing I didn't like. Although I noticed a number of people waiting outside because there wasn't a staff around to check them in. Personally, I only encountered a staff member during check-in.

The room was perfect size for an overnight stay. It was comfortable and cosy, there was an in-room water cooker and a selection of tea and instant coffee. The location was okay, relatively easy to find it. It was a weekday so nothing much was happening around, therefore low noise level.

Didn't seem to be very many guests when we stayed so that might be a factor but not much choice for breakfast and reception was often unstaffed.

Excellent location in lively square plenty of eating/drinking places nearby. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Visitors must be warned that on a Sunday the very loud church bells start ringing at12am and ring every hour. This is no fault of the hotel, but does not make for a good nights sleep..

The restaurant was being renovated so breakfast was across the street in a bistro. it was quite disappointing with only slices of bread, cheese, ham and sprinkles.

perfect location and even though it is above a busy square the well insulated windows ensure a good nights sleep.

The hotel itself was quite small. No open area to relax. However, that did not matter much as clearly you stay at this hotel for sleep before heading out for eating and shopping!

The bed was wonderful...perfect for getting a good nights' sleep before stepping outside the door and directly in to the old town center. Also to note: my room looked out directly on to a large and busy open square... ...however I had no problems with noise throughout the night.

We stayed for four nights which is longer than an average stay in Amersfoort. We had expected to take a day trip to Utrecht but in the end there was too much to do in the old town. This hotel is in a great spot for sitting and joining in with the crowd in the main tower square for evening drinks. It is a very good situation to the rest of the town's beautiful buildings to wander around . The room was very comfortable for the price and had a fridge, which is often unusual in budget hotels. There was renovation in other rooms, but this didn't affect us . A very comfortable and enjoyable stay

When we arrived we had to ring a bell . Then a man came from another shop came to assist with our checkin. The hotel was very small. Only our luggage and one person would fit in the elevator. (4ppl in our party). We had to hold the button to our floor. Otherwise, it would not go. Our beds in our room were very narrow and small and could feel the springs of the mattress while sleeping. Shower was difficult to get in and had several cracks that was held by tape. Our TV did not work and electricity went out at night .

They overcharged me when I paid on site and would not charge me the booking price… this was not ok as it was in Canadian dollars but they charged same amount but in euros which almost doubled the price for me…

Location was right in the square by bell tower. Lots of life and perfect location!
