It has always been my preferred hotel during my travels to Amsterdam, but on my water trip the hotel staff surprised me. When we wanted to check in to the room 1 hour before, they asked for a fee of 30 euros. As for the shortcomings, the hair dryer was faulty, there was no ear cleaning stick, and there was no water for refreshments in the room.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it has an airport shuttle.

I couldn't arrange the shuttle for our arrival - I was told to get to the pickup point at the airport and see the hours. The hours are fixed in advance - which the hotel could let us know so we can plan accordingly. in any case, when we arrived we saw that we needed to wait 25 min. for the next shuttle - so we took a taxi. To get to the city is not comfortable either: You need to take the shuttle (once in an hour or half an hour) or taxi to the airport and then the train to Amsterdam Central. Or a taxi from the hotel to the city - which is very expensive.

Shuttle to airport. Both stays we were not informed to reserve a spot on airport shuttle. Rather nerve wracking if you have to catch a flight. Drivers were irritated when guest couldn't hand over a ticket/voucher. Clearly shuttle process is not working

Our room keys were never working, we were sent back and forth to try out again and again after what we had to be accompanied by the staff with a super key to open us our room all the time. It was also quite cold insight the hotel.

The room was very warm even on the highest cold AC setting, but staff were very fast to help and gave us a fan which helped a bit.

The room was spacious with nice lighting. There was an option to order amenities to your room, for example: a comb, vanity kit, slippers, shaving kit, toothbrush sets - we were very impressed with the extensive list and it was extremely helpful! The free shuttle service to/from airport was amazing.

Pool was freezing cold. Hot tub was very far from hot... a bowl of cold bubbles.

Great breakfast, enormous beds, v quick shuttle bus to and from the airport. Staff really lovely and friendly and helpful. Not far from a bus stop if you need to go to Amsterdam town.

Two of the employees at reception gave me wrong directions to the breakfast, both sent me in opposite directions until one of the employees asked if I needed help. Mini mart did not sell fresh sandwiches or any other food like mentioned, only snacks.

Close to the Schiphol Airport and a free shuttle is provided. The room was very spacious. Great breakfast and facilities at the hotel.

Expensive restaurant and the only thing within walking distance is McDonald’s. Need to book appointment to ride shuttle back to the airport.

I guess it was an extraordinary circumstance (many flights canceled, tons of people looking for an overnight stay), but the check in process was very slow. In this kind of situations having as many counters open at the reception would be be desirable. It was nice to have a spa, but I'm not a fan of the push-button saunas. One needs to wait a while for them to get up to temperature. Otherwise, I pretty nice place to stay.

The place is clean, well-equipped and close to the airport. If you need to stay somewhere for a short period of time while waiting for your flight connection -- it's a perfect place. Otherwise, I would have gone to the a more centrally-located hotel.

Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel well past midnight. Hotel's shuttle bus was 20min late, extra bed was not in the room (bed mistake was corrected quickly), which wasn't great when you are already bummed by the delay of your flight.

Bathroom was stuck the drain didn't work at all, so when we took a shower was a pool but as we were only one night and we arrived late, in the end wasn't an issue but just double check the showers when clean it and maintenance will fix it on time

Room was spacious and super comfortable very clean, also they offer shuttle for free and that's fantastic.

The bar didn't open, meanwhile we received a voucher to get a free drink in the bar. Two lamps and the hairdryer in the room didn't work. It's supposed to provide three cups of coffee in the room, but we got only one, I guess the housekeeping forgot to check the minibar items.

Airport Shuttle Service is a plus. Breakfast is superb.
