Location was at the end of a tram line which was convenient however was about 25 minutes from city centre.

The internet system was down when I arrived --- I wasn't able to get my room key until the evening, and could only pay the city tax three days later (the hotel does not accept cash transactions). Housekeeping can be more regular - my room was missed the first two days. The cable TV reception was also not always working - not sure if it was due to the storm affecting the signals.

The hotel is a short walk from Amsterdam RAI station and also served by a tram service. The hotel restaurant and bar are nice.

The shower area kept flooding causing it to overflow to the dry bathroom area. The drainage needs further improvement as the water quickly becomes stagnant during a shower.

Loved the breakfast variety and the 2 shops therein. Staff were friendly and helpful. A modern hotel with all the amenities needed. Plus clean and comfy beds.

CONS: 1. A hotel with 4-star facilities, but the room and the services are at most 3 stars. 2. The obvious fake goodwill of the staff (they didn't even try to hide it). 3. Very limited a la carte menu (canteen chef, restaurant with no chance for any Michelin star), 4. Lack of bathroom accessories (shower cap, slippers, bag for dirty clothes, toilet brush???). 5. There was a mini wine cooler (not a fridge) in the room, but it was completely empty!

PROS: 1. Hotel with parking and an accessible location, both to the airport and to the city center (train, subway, tram). 2. The reasonable cost of the room (although the furniture is cheap it is fully functional), as well the fact that they did not ask for an unnecessary guarantee. 3. General cleanliness and the existence of a small shop near the reception (however, very limited in the product range - only alcoholic beverages, juices, sweets and crisps, but no personal hygiene items or small foods if you are hungry late at night).

The overnight price is greatly exaggerated. A room comfort & room space, bed & bedlinnen quality, quality of towels, etc. don’t definitely meet standards for such a price. (And I had an ‘executive room’ (an upgrade); so, pls don’t mention the quality of standard rooms. The food quality is a separate story. To sum up, highly overrated price for such kind of hotel.

They dont give you a toilet brush. You have to call reception if your toilet gets dirty💩

We had a leaky shower that had water flowing from the sides and the back. The staff got it fixed after our complaint. That was nice. However, considering the cost of the room, this issue should not have happened at all!

Only 2 electric car chargers for such a large hotel in not enough. During my three day stay it was always occupied. Please install additional chargers.
