Rooms were missing wardrobes. Breakfast was a small buffet and pricey.

The hotel is everything you would expect. Located on a good place 1 minute away from the metro station that leads you to the center in 3-4 stations. The location is lively. Hotel room was clean, nice, just like on the pictures. Staff are quite polite and kind. Will help you in any manner. Especially the miss who played football (Forgot the name :) ) She tried to give us the better room since we had the first one just across the reception.

Was not clear that the parking is payed at the hotel. Be mindful of this because the underground parking will be more expensive if you pay at the terminal rather than bringing the ticket and paying at the reception. Wish we knew that and didn’t pay 150€ instead of 70€ 😃

Very nice staff and location, few minutes to the metro. Breakfast was various and delicious and the room was clean comfy. We got a room with no windows but that didn’t bother us. The internet is also very good.

While the hotel offers an exceptional experience overall, there are a couple of areas that could be improved: The mattress on the bed was not as comfortable as expected and showed signs of wear, detracting from the potential for a truly restful night's sleep. One notable inconvenience was the lack of a lock on the bathroom door, compounded by a hole presumably intended for a handle or grip. This oversight can prove challenging, especially for guests travelling with friends or family, as it compromises privacy and convenience.

Overall, I believe this hotel offers the perfect package. Situated in the southern part of Amsterdam, it boasts close proximity to key transportation hubs such as the Amsterdam South train, Metro, and Tram Stations, ensuring excellent connectivity to the city's popular attractions. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, thanks to the delightful and accommodating staff who warmly welcomed guests. The room I booked was not only spacious but also meticulously cleaned on a daily basis, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the hotel offers several noteworthy amenities: 1. A coffee/tea machine near the reception area provides guests complimentary and unlimited access to hot beverages throughout their stay. 2. Guests can request the reception or kitchen staff to refill their water bottles with filtered, chilled water, a thoughtful gesture for those who prefer not to drink tap water. 3. The hotel features a vending machine where guests can purchase a variety of quick snacks, wines, energy drinks, and more. In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of excellent, thanks to its prime location, attentive staff, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Maybe it's an Amsterdam thing, but the shower did not have a door.

Location is unbeatable when it comes down to using public transportation: 20 minutes from the airport in metro, it has access to trams and buses in walking distance (less than 5 min walk). Beatrixpark is pretty close and you can go and look at cute dogs.

No provision for electric kettle. Mattress is way too soft for back comfort. But no major complaints

Very convenient location, right next to Amsterdam Zuid station. Room was basic, but had pretty much all basic functional utilities. Bathroom is well sized and convenient to use.
