Gave my room to other guests and they cancelled my stay 2 hours before arrival. Since I booked the bridal suite the only option was to downgrade to a room that doesnt even have a bath. They handled the situation very poorly and didnt take any responsibility for the mistake that was made by them! Me and my partner both took some days off of our work and rented a car. Expenses that were made for nothing!

The very strange layout of the rooms, no fridge, just an empty cupboard where one had been. Lighting odd. Toilet drains smelly, had to pour water down the shower plug to clear smell. Square flat washbasin crazy design can't rinse items properly.

Our plans to tour the area and visit locations nearby went very well.

The staff is extremely unfriendly. We wanted to have a drink at the bar, but we were told that the bar was closed. and there were people sitting there drinking their drinks, even the waiter brought drinks to other guests after he told us that the bar was closed. We asked for drinks again, but again we were told that the bar was not working. We have never experienced such a terrible attitude towards guests. There is no mini bar in the room, no glasses. We booked a room with 2 separate beds. We even wrote in a special request that we reserved a room with 2 separate beds and that we wanted it to be that way, however we got a room with a double bed. For breakfast there are 2 types of salami, 2 types of coffee, eggs and bread. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only good thing is that there is a parking lot. The rooms were clean. From all the staff, only praise for the maids. Everything else is pure zero.

Room was hot and AC noisy (unable to sleep with AC on). Shower floor drain was not working properly and the shower door was leaking water to bathroom floor. Airplane noise was bad even during the night inside the hotel room. People's noise from the corridor at 5 AM to the room was not nice either. Breakfast offering quite limited, coffee (from automat) taste not good.

The rooms had open washroom and bathroom right in front of the bed which was unexpected and uncomfortable. The lady at the reception had no idea if they have a electric car charging station while it was just outside the main entrance. Not at all worth the cost.

Very hot, airconditioning did not appear to be working even after adjustments. Beds kept seperating mid sleep and I kept rolling over to the middle (which was in between the beds) because that is how the matressses had formed. Suspicious stains on the ceiling and carpet.

The absence of a king sized bed for 2 persons (2 single beds instead). The lines of ants in the bathroom and on the nightstand. The absence of wifi signal. The smell of weed on the terrace. The broken door lock. Absence of water bottles on the room.

We were tired and we had a good sleep. Staff helped us out as much as possible, as the lock of the room was broken, to get us in our room.

The bed was exceptionally low (almost ridiculously low) and extremely soft. It was so low it was quite difficult to get up from it. I also prefer a firm bed. The mattress was VERY soft.

Modern decor, polite, helpful and welcoming staff, free parking, excellent quality of food.
