The shower and bathroom area for Ensuite is a bit too small to shower and change. Also would be helpful if staff let us leave our luggage for couple of hours before our flight on checking out.

Super central, it is very easy to get anywhere in Amsterdam with ease. Also got hot water, with staff generally very friendly.

There is no elevator, was placed on the 5th floor with a staircase that is actually dangerous when carrying large luggage.

Very dirty. Very early check out and late check in, with no flexibility as we asked them to stay 2 hours more in the room and pay them the extra fee, and their answer was no because they would have to clean for the next guests. Like they need 4 hours to clean a room that it would fit only one bed 🙃. They wouldn’t give keys to all the guests, and they get only cash in the bar without providing you with a receipt. I recommend only if you are in need for a very cheap stay.. myself and my friends couldn’t wait to leave!! Of course no elevator, dangerous small stairs with protection ceilings on the side.

It wasn't clean at all and i wasn't comfortable because of that. We arrived at 14:00 and our room wasn't ready. They said they would clean it in 10 min so we waited. Went inside the sheets were changed but the bathroom was unclean like the others left it. The floor was wiped in a hurry. Told them they forgot to clean the bathroom. I didn't want to stay after that but i had paid, so...

The location was super great! The staff was good and helpful. The room was very very warm.

it's such a small space, very narrow and cramped with barely enough space to open cabin-sized luggage, no elevators and staircase was so steep and narrow as well so it's very difficult to bring luggage upstairs (we were at the 4th floor)

the location was perfect, everything we needed was within walking distance or close to transportation, all the staff were super nice and friendly and spoke english well

The rooms were basic, with some mould, and were quite noisy at night, but it was good value for money.

Note you have to climb narrow and steep stairs, and several floors (depending on which room you get) to get to the rooms. No lifts.

The private rooms are located on the fifth floor and climbing the narrow and curved stairs can cause fatigue, dizziness and a lot of tiredness, especially if you come from a long trip or if you have walked a lot around the city, time is lost on those climbs and downhill and it is exhausting. Also you have to be careful because you can fail. The price is somewhat expensive, taking into account that you have to go up to the fifth floor without an elevator, it might be better to have a more reasonable price. I would recommend installing an elevator to improve service to tourists. Or place private rooms on the first or second floor.

The best of this hotel is the location near to the Amsterdam train station, several blocks to walk. The morning and evening reception staff have been very friendly and helpful, they have stored my suitcase in a safe place. The private rooms are clean and have a private, clean bathroom and hot water for the winter. There are no windows. The internet works.

All doors, stairs and cealings are not made for tall people. They didn’t let us store our baggage after checking out.
