Host Sonja was great and on hand to answer any questions. The location and actual accommodation were beautiful. I’m sure we will be back. This was a surprise trip for my mum and dad and I can say we had the most amazing time.

It was a bit too cold in the room.

Very friendly staff, very helpful, very accomodating and flexible. Great location. Lovely big, appartment-like rooms. Good breakfast, delivered to the room.

A welcome booklet would have been useful, especially for using the cooker. Toilet very close to kitchen so you can hear people in there which didn't matter to us as a family.

The apartment was very comfortable, well furnished and great for 3. Sonja was very welcoming and helpful. Great location and easy to get around Arnhem

This was a real gem! There was nothing we didn't like.

We stayed in the Napoleon suite - perfect for 3 adults (2 bedrooms). The kitchen facilities made it possible to self-cater breakfast and two other meals. Sonja, the hostess is very friendly and responds very quickly - answering any and all questions. The location is smack in the middle of Arnhem, within easy walking distance of the John Frost Bridge (WW2) and the city centre with Eusebius church and lots of restaurants. The private parking worked well, it was easy to contact the host for access.

Room was in the heart of Arnhem and easy to get to. It was pretty fantastic to be able to spend the night in a church steeple and I would definitely recommend this room to others. My room was like a mini apartment furnished with a full kitchen it was great!

The stairs to the bed were a little narrow, but the stickers where to place your feet really helped!

The location of one of the toilets right behind the cooking area wasn't ideal and a microwave would have been helpful. A light coming on automatically in the hall when going to the loo at night might have been annoying to the folk in the larger bedroom as it shone into their room as well as in the hall

The apartment has an amazing sense of character and it is well located close to the centre with easy connections. It is comfortable and well equipped.

The bedding was a bit thin so my little boy was cold in the night, could have had a thicker duvet or extra blanket available considering it is a clock tower in winter.

Great communication from booking to arrival. Excellent location, a friendly reception by Sonja and a brilliant and unique apartment! The only downside was the very steep stairs towards the penthouse and rooms but considering the location it can’t be helped.. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, highly recommended.

The van Gogh themed room was a bit overbearing, also the bathroom was quite small.

It was in a fantastic location and close to all the amenities and places we wanted to see in Arnhem.

Attention to detail let it down a bit eg information packs, cleanliness etc. This would have given an excellent if achieved. Water pipes for surface water from the roof ran through the room so it sounded like there was running water in the rooms when it rained.

Not a problem for me, but be aware that my apartment had very narrow stairs to the mezzanine bedroom.

Unique apartment up in the tower of an ancient church. Great location in the pedestrian town centre close to bars, restaurants, shops, and the John Frost bridge, but peaceful and with good parking on site.

Nothing to not like, unless being in a church tower isn't your thing.

Stunning setup - it really is different and very comfortable (bed in main room is quite hard but that is a personal preference). A lot of thought has gone into the design which respects the setting. The location is excellent too. If lost, just look for the spires from any point in the city. The hosts were very helpful too.

The steepnstairs within the apt were a bit difficult to navigate and required focusses attention and are not for guests with mobility issues.

it was truelly cool living in abhistorical bell tower and the 2brs were on seperate levels and private. the top floor enclosed terrace was an unexpected positive touch.
