The waiter service in the restaurant was quite slow (had to call someone over a few times before they finally came. I'm putting this down to it being late in the evening (9pm) but there were still plenty of staff around.

saunas was limited to single sex so no good if a couple. Dinner menu far too limited for those on holiday and staying a while. Hotel aimed at limited business customer. Missing a swimming pool.

Very convenient location close to the centre and the uni. Great fun; they have good bicycles for rent to get around. Decent breakfast and nice people, lovely seating lounge at reception. The rooms are well organised, clean and excellent beds.

Just minors: not enough lights in the room, the safe box in the room is just glued on a shelf, the double bed is made by two independent single beds.

Free parking, modern design, responsive and king staff, large rooms, good cleaning and EXCELLENT breakfast. About the location, in front on IKEA, has to be considered still good because near to the city and easily connected by a bus.

The restaurant serves way too slow (the slowest service ever in the past decades of my life in this country!). The 1st time around 21:30 and the 2nd time was during regular dinner hours. Service staff also seemed care less how long their guests were kept waiting until an actual complaint came in. As the hotal is located remote from the city center with no other restaurants around within walking distance, it is a big minus point that the service speed is far below the average.

The room with bubble bath was modern and practical, which made my long stay very comfortable. The lobby and collonade area on the 1st floor were also comfortable and refined. Quick access to a motor way and sufficient parking space.

The mattress was not so confortable.

The breakfast was very good! The hotel is pretty new and quiet. The room was quite cleaned and with a lot of space. The hotel is located outside Delft city centre, but it can be reached by 20 minutes walking. I appreciate that there is also a restaurant in the hotel, so you can have lunch/dinner, and it has different options in the menu.

I liked the bright colourful decor, the good breakfasts and the very pleasant friendly staff. I also like that there are recycling options for your rubbish.

I’ve stayed twice, recently in 108. The room was loud due to people drinking/talking at the bar or the shared area well past midnight. When I checked in the worker had visible symptoms of illness ( cold/flu )

Good location for my needs. Free parking with lots of space. Clean rooms. Fast check in/out.

It's close to the highway so opening a window could bear a lot of noise. Thankfully the ventilation system is purrfect. Also I paid 82€ for 3ppl breakfast. Seems pretty expensive for a regular buffet breakfast.

I requested a foam pillow when I booked but there were feather pillows in the room when I arrived. I called down to reception and asked for a foam pillow, and was told that you didn't have any so I nipped to Ikea and bought one - a slight inconvenience but not a big deal.

The room was lovely and the shower was fabulous! Breakfast was great, athough Vegan options were a little limited, what I did have though was wondaful! The fresh fruit and fruit juices were great! The man who made my coffee every morning was also really lovely! <3 Thank you!!

It's challenging to pinpoint anything I didn't like given the high standard of service. However, every establishment can benefit from continuous improvement, perhaps in updating some facilities or expanding the breakfast variety even further.

Breakfast is very expensive. It's of high quality, but limited gluten free options.

Rooms are spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, space for working on a laptop etc., great view of the allotment gardens and Rotterdam in the distance.
