Room was generally clean but nobody had checked the toilet bowl which was heavily stained. See photo. Room is VERY small if more than x2 staying.

Location is excellent, just two lightrail stops from the airport and only 5 mins walk from the station. Breakfast excellent

* The handsoap dispenser was nearly empty and had fallen off the dual sided tape on the wall - wasn't seen by the housekeeping staff * shower soap dispenser had fallen off the dual sided tape on the wall and had been placed on top of the armatures - was in the way * bed was too soft for my taste

Nothing specific, everything was ok!

5min by car from the airport, so it is really convenient if you have an early or late flight. The room was good, just like the pictures, and everything was super clean. Breakfast was great, with a lot of options (fried eggs, scrambled eggs, toasts, fruit, bakery, pancakes…). Great value for the price!

It was too hot, terrible air conditioner. Woke up with headache and dry mouth. Toilet paper was so thin, that it was nearly impossible to draw a length.

The reception was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

You have to take in account that it takes 30-40min to the center of Bergen, which was not a problem for us but read about it before you decide.

The room was very spacious, the staff were friendly and the location was also very good for us. Easy parking, close to supermarket, easy to get to the center by tram/metro. Kids enjoyed the snooker table and the other games at the reception.

The room was too warm and quite noisy at night from the ventilation system outside.

Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. Room was very comfortable and clean, with good facilities (fridge, kettle, good tv, nice bathroom) Great location for public transport. Refillable toiletries, really nice sustainable touch.

There is nothing in this area except another hotel so you need to have dinner before you arrive.

Very nice hotel close to the light rail train station and only one stop to the airport. Nice arrangement of hotel room to provide mini kitchen including refrigerator and microwave hidden in a cupboard. Nice desk that doubled as a table with two seats. They have a parking lot which is free but we were taking the train to the airport. Staff was very accommodating to change rooms for us when we requested due to the elevator. Breakfast included which is very nice since we were off to the airport early.

The room we stayed in was a family room, there were beds for 4 people, but the size of the room could have been a little larger.

Breakfast spread is amazing! Overall, the facilities are great, I would definitely recommend this hotel for all.

There were a lot of children running around but that is not the hotel's fault. The gym says over 16 year olds only however a child kept coming in and disturbing us, and would not leave. Took around 15/20 mins to drive into Bergen city but that it not the Hotel/s fault - it was useful being near airport.

Breakfast was brilliant - really good quality food and loads of options. Lovely staff - very helpful and welcoming. It was very close to the airport which was useful as decreased the travel stress. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great shower and very comfy bed, was also nice to have a fridge and sink. I also liked the design of the room - very classy.
