They should put water heaters and clean sofas and clean towels.

The staff are always there to help the guests . Mr. Sudeen ( I hope I remember his name properly) he was a great guy. He helped us finding suitable places. Its a recommended place.

Not all rooms have air conditioning, but a well working fan worked well in my case. Otherwise there is not much else I didn't like.

This is a basic hotel, but as such it is absolutely fabulous. The staff, both at the reception as well as in the small restaurant are extremely friendly and always very eager to help. The rooms are simple, but clean and I considered it my base while traveling in Nepal.

I had a wonderful stay at Yala Peak during my first week in Nepal. It was the perfect place to base myself as it was in such a great location. The room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was okay but very small and in need of some refurbishment but can't complain for the price. The people there were so lovely and accommodating to any needs I had. Always welcomed me with a warm smile. Their restaurant was also wonderful, excellent choice of food and great prices. I lost count of how many times I ate there!

Sometimes room temperature water was coming through a hot shower. Another thing they should provide the reception intercom number in the room.

The staff was very well behaved. Rooms were very big and all amenities were available in good condition. High speed WiFi.

Great hotel in the center of Thamel. The rooms have all you need. You can refill your water bottle from the reception area. The terrace is nice too. The staff if very attentive and responded to all of our questions. You can leave your luggage there for free for as long as you need it. The restaurant of the hotel was a great surprise - delicious food, reasonable prices and polite staff. Highly recommended place, great value for money. I’d love to be back soon!

As the rooms are directly above the restaurant there is quite a bit of noise which isn’t ideal if you want an early night. However at 10:30pm they close the restaurant so it’s quiet after that.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, they are all incredibly helpful and friendly! The attached restaurant/cafe is also very good and we ate most our meals there. The location is ideal and they let you leave your bags there whilst trekking free of charge.

Thee best hotel in Kathmandu. We stayed there three times and every time we were welcomed back like family. They even upgraded us to the deluxe room twice for free. The rooms are great, nice warm shower and great food in the cafe. They also looked after our belongings whilst we went hiking. Couldn't recommend enough.
