This hotel had everything we needed. It was very clean. It had a very comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. Great coffee facilities. The bedroom was very quiet so we had a great sleep. It was close to the ferry we needed to catch to go to the South Island.

Not enough coffee capsules or variety of different types and also maybe instructions on how to use over as we're it was turned off on wall when turned on again it doesn't work unless u reset it.

Great customer service on arrival by Anna & Valens made us very welcome. A++++

I found the tv difficult to use as there were non instructions. (No biggie though) The scented smell of the room was a little over powering.

Very clean and quiet, it felt like we were the only guests there! The room was spacious and the towels were soft and large. Was great to have a coffee pod machine. Parking was easy. It was our first stay here and we will definitely be back.

A very lovely, friendly and welcoming lady at the reception on the night we stayed - 30th March 2024. She called to check when we would arrive, I missed her first call but she called back later that night. When we arrived at night for check-in, she was even lovelier in person than I was expecting! We definitely need this kind of service at every accommodation! Thank you :) We found a park conveniently located right outside the hotel even though we reserved a carpark ($30?), but we needed to park somewhere in order to check-in right? The receptionist lady was very transparent about the cost and because we no longer needed the reserved hotel parking, she did no hesitate and deducted this from our booking. The hotel is a little out of the city, but only a few mins drive away, so would recommend if you have a car. Was very quiet despite it being next to a train station? The hotel was new and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The coffee machine even came with a couple of coffee pods! We booked the room with one king-sized bed, and according to the booking, it was for 3 adults. However, the receptionist did tell us they had made a sofa bed too, so that was lovely :) Great value considering it's a new (under 2 years old?) four-star hotel even though it's a little out of the city, and was during the Easter weekend! If you have a car, and want somewhere nice, would definitely recommend this place. Keep up the great customer service and cleanliness of the hotel! I only regret forgetting to check out the laundry room!

I think it was a boat horn in the early hours and the sound of trains being right by the railway station.

I was upgraded to a 1 room apartment. It was quiet and spacious. The bathroom was clean and very new design.

The room we had was noisy. The lift was not far away and we could hear the “ding” of the lift every time someone used it. Would be great if the hotel could turn off this “ding” noise.

The property is in a great location for our purposes. The rooms are modern and clean. The kitchenette is great. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Used parking at the hotel, but 30 nzd per night did feel quite pricey.

The room contained everything you could need (even a tiny dishwasher!). It was clean and comfortable.
