Bit of noise from Dixon street flats at night. Unit starting to get a bit tired. Plug in shower has major crack in it.

Location was good. Space was good. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Excellent mid city location to big variety of shops, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Easy walking distance to Te Papa Museum, The Wharves, Cable Car, Beehive Parliament building. Loved having kitchen to make a meal at night. Didn't want to be out on the streets on my own looking for restaurants.

The desk wasn't manned all the time and it wasn't clear when someone would be available however we were able to check in fine. Also one of the lifts was out of order a bit of the time and we ended up taking the stairs. I prefer extra cutlery and crockery etc rather than the exact number to match the occupancy

The almost separate bedroom was great with very comfortable bed, pillows etc. We liked the 9th floor. The outlook onto Dixon St apartments was pleasant, lots of space between buildings so some views. Light and spacious. Excellent coffee next door (Raglan Roast)

The street noise was a little disturbing.

The location is very good. The facilities spot on. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom toiletries were super. The afterhours check-in and check-out was well explained.

My only complaint is that in the summer I will probably look for a hotel or apartment that has an air conditioner. Although there is a fan provided in the room, it will only be blowing hot air around so unfortunately when I am in Wellington over the summer I will stay elsewhere. It would be great if the apartments did have air conditioners.

This is my second stay at the Astelia Apartment Hotel and it was as good as I remember it. I had a comfortable room that was quiet, spacious and had all the facilities I needed. I really like the availability of the washing machine/dryer. The people at reception are always very friendly and when my swipe card didn't work after hours, someone came around quickly to fix it. I will definitely be coming back again.

Apartment was fairly typical and similar to others we have stayed in previously in the city. Reasonable value for money and again similar to others in the area. Nothing exceptional but would certainly consider staying there again.

Great location close to centre of the city. Room was OK and had all the basic facilities. Beds were comfortable. Staff were accommodating and stored our bags as we were a little early for check-in.

Access from the street was unsatisfactory. The detail supplied for access did not allow us entry so we had to call for assistance which was tedious.

Noisy fridge, had to turn off overnight. Instructions for wrong washing machine. Dreadful ironing board. Also room we had next to a wind tunnel outside. We could turn off the fridge but not the wind.

Decent enough facilities though a few issues we mentioned to staff as we left.

WiFi dropped momentarily during two important meetings No late checkout (understandable) but also nowhere to store bags securely before 8am, which was problematic Staff were as helpful as they could be, but the reception hours are not fantastic if you are here to attend early or late meetings.

Convenient and comfortable for a one night stay before taking the Interislander to Picton. Good communication about arriving after reception closed, and how to get into the building and get key and room number. Wi-fi provided and worked.
