Pool not temperatured controlled. It was difficult to book dinner in restaurants while some were not full. The price of F&B in restaurants is very expensive (fine dining price) for regular quality

It was a faboulous place and well frequented by families - in fact I think that for a family stay it is better suited than for an intimate stay as a couple. in the evening though a more atmospheric quieter place for a couple

Staff at reception were excellent! We only had one night and they upgraded our room which was superb but they also ensured that we could meet all our needs in the short time we had available to enjoy the facilities in lss than one day left of the holiday.

The pillows on the sun beds were soaked in water and each time we sat down on them we would get totally wet. I was a bit disappointed by some staff (not all!) at the breakfast restaurant: it felt like asking for anything was bothering them. After 9:30am the breakfast buffet is left untidy and half empty.

The building is very iconic and although the rooms start to be very dated, they are kept rather well. We had two standard connecting rooms and one of them was upgraded to a junior suite, allowing us to have plenty of space with our baby. Staff at the reception and the concierge were attentive, helpful and friendly. The resort has a magnificent and vast garden: plenty of well managed greenery. The spa is unique and an absolute must try. We enjoyed dinner each evening at the pavilion, by the beach. Food was good and staff very friendly.

The hotel is big and communication wasn’t amazing. The WhatsApp service wasn’t always responsive and we were given incorrect times after booking a boat trip and we were expecting the cost to go on the room but when we arrived we were expected to pay then directly: all okay just would have been nice to be told. Rooms are clean but not spacious.

The pool and the gym / padel tennis facilities were great and easy to book.

You pay for a basic room that amount of money but you don’t get to have the breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay but really the prices-specially the alcohol was overpriced. And as I highlighted, we were ok to pay for the accommodation but the cost of the stay already expensive why not include the breakfast in this price and charge separately!!! It’s sad!

The hotel rooms need renovation. The service in their restaurants are pretty slow. Once I waited a cup of coffee for 20 minutes. In room dining service is brilliant! Overall great stay but I would love to see improvements in the future

Had. Unusually. Trouble with rooms: flood. No lighting/ electricity/ move rooms. Door won’t open/ shut. Very very annoying. Also we’re very badly let down last night of trip at chic beach resto: one half hour wait food. Cold inedible main course.

Nothing at all ! Everything was perfect.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was the most varied we have ever had. The "à la carte"-restaurants were very nice also. Service in the Pavilion restaurant by Mr. Ramadan is noteworthy. Noteworthy too, the service of the very friendly Philippine bartender (forgot the name) and the hospitable attitude of the Ukrainian lady (forgot the name) at the front desk. The main lobby is amazing.

The mattresses could be a little more comfortable and pillows can be firmer, but that's just my preference, nothing bad about the comfort of the rooms, they are great!

Everything! the staff, the facilities the F&B experiences...there are not enough words to describe how amazing this place is and how worth it the money spent was.
