There are very helpful and kind, I forgot to printed out my ship pass and the lovely Ms Shenell Bates at the reception printed out for me no questions asked, all with the most beautiful and welcoming smile. Thank you Shenell. She was also very knowledgeable of her surroundings which saved me a taxi fare, as I was able to walk and see a bit of Colon.”
