Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I like the location of the hotel, it was on a main road where you could find everything to your pleasure. 5 minutes walk from Larcomar and 15 minutes walk from Kennedy Park. The , cleanliness of the rooms and public areas, the breakfast and price.

South AfricaThe TV is free to air tv/ only Spanish so if you're wanting to escape the hustle and bustle, and just want to wind down and watch some TV then you'll probably struggle. There no Netflix/disney/cable streaming capability. Room was tiny.
Clean room, comfy bed, air con works really well. Breakfast was good and consistent. They have a baggage storage area if yiu arrive early or check out, but still want to explore the surrounding area before moving to your next location.

AustriaCoffee is not good out of the machine. I got different room rates for the second stay depending whome I asked on the front desk. As an Ibis Hotel the room size is quite small.
All in all a very good stay for the money. The rooms are cleaned every day, the bed is comfortable, the shower is good and the AC is working effectively. It was very quiet at night (room 1162, 1166). The breakfast is very good and has many options for the money. The location is close to the bay area and bus connections to the center.
