The staff were so lovely, there was always hot water in the shower and the sink taps (the latter being a first on our Latin American travels!). We stored our luggage whilst we went to the Sacred Valley in a secured room. A short walk to town but lovely and quiet at night. Comfy beds and daily room service. Would recommend for those looking for a place to stay at a good price in Cusco. Thank you to the Kamila team.

Enjoyed my stay here while in Cusco. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and quick to answer any questions. Not too far from the main square and the San Pedro market.

Comfortable rooms with decent bathrooms, very well located in the historical centre but without all the noise. The owners are super friendly, we could store our bags during our Salkantay trail and they even found some stuff we forgot in the room and put it with our bags for us.

The paint of bathroom ceiling was chipping off and the bathroom smell like humidity a little bit.

The staff is super helpful, welcoming and nice. The neighbourhood is vibrant during the day but quiet at night. They cleaned our bedroom everyday. Hot water available to drink tea all day. It's so close to San Pedro market and only a few blocks away from Plaza mayor.

breakfast was very simple. room was very cold at night. it was not easy to unlock the gates and doors sometimes.

all staffs were gentle and nice. clean room. hot shower was hot enough. it was close to the main square or the market. free tea and hotwater.

The location of the hotel is great for walking to main attractions but many tours and taxis find it tricky to find unless they are very familiar with the area. The staff were able to help taxis and tours when needed.

The staff were super helpful in accommodating our group, storing luggage and giving helpful advice. There was always hot water for tea or just to refill bottles in the kitchens. The extra blankets were exactly what we needed as it was very cold while we were there.

The hot and cold shower in the bathroom has some issues.

Owner, Me Joshua was very nice person and very helpful. It felt like staying at home. The lodge is situated very near to San Pedro market and also walkable distance from plaza de armas. So it's a very good location. The San Pedro Perurail station is also very near so that you can go to Machu pichu

The hotel is in the most central location in the old city where there are the most attractions, the rooms are spacious and the architecture is impressive, the hotel staff who speak fluent english helped me to find the best excursions with a very competitive price compared to what had been offered to me by other agencies and what I had found on the internet, in addition they accompanied me on all the excursions since the pick-up which starts very early between 4am and 5am until my return while ensuring my satisfaction, I think I made the best choice in terms of accommodation in Cusco.

The rooms were very cold. Extra blankets were provided but no other heating. My shower didn’t work in the morning but was apparently fixed later in the day; however, we had decided to check out due to the cold.
