Was no hot water, after 3 min in shower was coming cold water, due to cold water not possible to take jacuzzi

Breakfast wasn’t fantastic but fine. Toilet paper was awful and cheap It’s literally the last stop at the top of the hill so hard to get to relatively speaking. We thought it was worth it but if you plan to go back and forth was a little tough

The property is beautiful inside and surrounding area. The staff are lovely and helpful The bed was really comfortable Great shower water pressure. Nice view from the rooms Breakfast included

The shower/bath filled up a lot when washing, maybe eh drainage needs to be checked. The decor is a little dated and we had an issue with our heater, but that was sorted out fairly quickly.

The location is great for heading up to Machu Picchu. A good night's rest. Great breakfast - with lots of choices.

Comfortable hotel. Great location and rooms had a balcony. Plus the room had tea making facilities and a fridge (which a lot of hotels in Peru don’t have). Also had a fan and heater in the room. Friendly staff. They stored our luggage in the hotel store room after checking out while we walked around before catching our train.

There was a jacuzzi in the room but the water was cut so we couldn't use it.

Big quadruple room on the top floor with a nice view. Hotel staff picked us up at the train station. Restaurants, shops next to the hotel. Hotel staff very kind.

The room view could be little better. The hotel amenities were okay but pretty basic. The hotel could maybe put sligthly more emphasis on small details to level up the game.

Beds were amazing, so comfy. The bathtub in suite room was a nice extra after a long hike. The hotel staff were really really helpful and eager to solve all our problems/questions.

Good walk from the plaza.

Nice breakfast. Hotel Staff was very polite, attentive and friendly. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Close walk to Thermal baths in Aguas Calientes.

The water was cold after 2-3 minutes. The location is on the mountain so you need to climb. The hotel is a little bit old and the pictures on booking do not show the hotel as it is.

Fernando in the reception was very nice and upgraded our room to a suite. The breakfast was great. The view from the terrace was perfect. Very close to the hot spring.

The hotel could have sent us an email before arriving, so that they could have been waiting for us at the train station, because we had to carry our luggage all the way up, and they could have provided for that service, but we did not know in advance.

This Hotel is located at the top of the Machu Picchu town, with very nice views towards the mountains. Around the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and shops. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Cons: No Ac/heater built-in, glass doors don't seal cold well, you can hear all around, and no screen for bugs. Bathroom plumbing smells little bad.

Pros: Jacuzzi in the room, how big the room is, the wood floor, bed, towels, breakfast, the view, close to hot springs and everything!

Toilet and the food was sub par. Breakfast is not really what you'd expect from a higher level hotel. Also no AC in the rooms.
