Shower is rain-type head with no handheld alternative. Although there is in the bath, there's no splash shield in the bathroom if you do use it while standing in the bath. In the glass cabin surrounding the shower, the seals around the door were not great, especially around the hinge side of the door, leaving a puddle on the floor outside the shower. Additionally, the small fridge in the room is always a very welcome touch, but every now and then the compressor would run for a while to bring the temperature down, then loudly judder as it stopped. The first time I heard it I was in the bathroom and I thought someone had knocked loudly on the door. It also woke me up after about five hours sleep, then again after seven hours sleep. Really these are not big issues though, and I would certainly stay again.

Beautifully decorated rooms, very clean and a good view. The lighting is very nice. The food was absolutely excellent, and a fair price for the quality. Breakfast was a large selection of anything you could possibly feel like, which was impressive. The staff were very pleasant, and no interaction felt like there was any kind of corporate "forced" niceness behind it, and they were genuinely a pleasant team working there. There was also an excellent selection of drinks and snacks in the mini bar and a good selection of toiletries available, all hotel-branded.

- All of the front desk personnel were not very welcoming and accommodating. - There was a socket/consent located in the work table near the TV, but it wasn't working.

- All of the staff (airport shuttle driver, bellhop, house keeping, security guards) except the front desk were very friendly, helpful and nice. - The location was very convenient. The hotel is located in between Alabang town center and Festival mall alabang and were all walking distance. There were a lot of fast food restaurants around the hotel too. - Great pool and gym, these facilities are free. - Can't get enough of how the bed is so soft and comfortable.

The toilet was not clean enough inclduing the bath tub and mirror have stains. The bathrob which was in toilet looks old and used

There were some faucet issues in the other room that we got, there were some bathroom essentials that weren't prepared in the other room and the towels were not that clean compared to the extra towels we requested.

The pool isn't the largest, but it has a great view of Alabang.

My family and I stayed at Acacia for three nights in September. It was my first time visiting the Philippines in decades and it was a wonderful place to reconnect with my family. We were able to have two rooms on the same floor. Room service was prompt and the rooms were spacious and clean. Parking was free and plenty. Most importantly, the location was great! It is very close to Festival Mall and directly across from a Jolibee/McDo for late night munchies. I think I prefer Alabang to Makati since Makati can be traffic ridden at all times of the day. The breakfast buffet was superb. My family enjoyed the omelette station, Filipino breakfast options (beef tapa, tocino, and garlic rice), while I enjoyed having bread. Would definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Manila!

check-in/check-out process were slow. I think the hotel is under-manned. It also takes time for the room service to attend to our concerns.

Spacious and very clean. Love the city view from the window. They have a friendly staff and all my request granted. Thou, the adult pool is under construction so we didn't had the chance to used it. Thank you for the warm welcome Acacia Hotel😊

I reserved the booking via a savings card which was not honored when we actually went to the hotel. They required a credit card to proceed with the booking. Good thing I did have one or else we would have not been able to stay.

The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. Guest service was excellent as well. The location is extremely accessible to large malls and attractions. The bed and space was large and comfortable for two people.

Had to repair the shower as it soaked the bathroom. Asked for 2 glasses and was told they'd be sent up, but they never arrived. Carpets in room and corridors dated and shabby.

Spa is closed ever since pandemic even tho almost everything has been lifted. The pool is closed WITHOUT prior notice. Nothing to do. Nothing to enjoy.

Room could do with a little updating , to include more electrical sockets and some TLC to the shower head and shower sealant in places . view from our room was v nice . Food and drinks within the hotel were pricey .

Picture taking outside the room like, lobby, staircase, garden had to be paid and the fee if P10k is quite exorbitant. The amount of P5k would have been more reasonable.
