The AC is right above the bed, no matter how I adjust the fan, it keeps blowing on my head.

The receptionist was really nice, who can always solve our problem as our needed. The cleanliness was great.

The bed was too firm for our liking. We would not rate it high for value for money.

The property being much smaller than most others was intimate and authentically decorated in a local style. The pool was lovely and not crowded at all. The staff were irréprochable.

It isn't quite as close to the main Alona beach as you might think. No taxi or tuk tuk drivers knew where it was, we had to guide them

The shower water wasn’t always warm but it wasn’t uncomfortably cold. This place has everything but it would be nice if there was somewhere to hang clothes in addition!

Stay here you won’t regret it!! Extremely accomodating staff. Exceptional wifi. Incredible atmosphere. The pool is super nice and very deep! Our bungalow was lovely, it felt like we were at home and we especially loved the nook and hammock. The aircon worked great and they provided daily room service.

There was a constant smell of sewage or bad water but that seems to be everywhere in Panglao. We did report a leaky sink (or toilet) but they didn't do much about it.

It would have been great if there’s some opportunity to hang a hammock, but we didn’t dare to drill a hole in the ceiling ourselves. We had some mosquitos visiting us, but that’s about it. No comments, everything else was perfect. Many thanks for the nice stay!

Comfortable place with everything one may need! Staff is very friendly also. Love the bathroom, very much a relief to many other bathrooms we’ve seen. Spacious and clean. The whole place is clean and well taken care of.

It was so comfortable and clean and the staff were exceptional. Being an adults only resort was really good as well.

Very private, nice and clean. Quiet as well. All staff are nice and friendly. Always smiling. One thing I like most is theirs resto-Bar. They served good food. Reasonable price with good portion. I love their nutella-cashew ice cream.

Only thing that bugged me was that we had to pay for a full jug of water when the one we received on arrival was only about 1/4 of the way full. So I was paying for the next persons water. Not a big deal, but more of an oversight it seems.

Great staff and location. The inside was absolutely beautiful and just like the pictures. Had our own private pool. Just a shame we couldn't stay longer, but definitely would love to return.

We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Krystal was in communication with me prior to our arrival. We had a late afternoon checkin after a full day of touring around the island. When we arrived they met us with a refreshing ice cold cucumber kalamansi drinks with mint and cold moist washcloths which was an awesome surprise and a much needed one. The staff were so welcoming and courteous. The receptionists were very helpful with any requests for transportations and excursions. The grounds was very clean and well groomed. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well. The 3 BR suite was very clean with comfy beds except we didn’t realize that the 2 bedrooms were upstairs which we didn’t mind. I would stay here again.
