The reception team need your booking name to be exactly the same as your passport name (including middle name) this caused some trouble when checking in and the days following, seems very strict.

I did not like the taste of their mineral water. The hotel should provide individual mineral water bottles every day.

Room is just fine. Location is well-situated in the "center" of Boracay. The hotel is the beachfront so excellent for beach swimming.

The pool room was really Great.. but the cleaning staff was unable to fully remove sand from room. Plus we found sand Fleas in room..Rooms should be constantly sprayed for removal of sand Fleas... Other then fleas the pool rooms are really Great.

Our room is fine, unfortunately during our stay there is an ongoing construction near our room which affected our stay because of the noise. During the time when they asked us about our room preferences, we were not informed of the construction. I know that we could've just change rooms, however, since we are travelling with our special child, it's hard for us to make sudden changes, especially when she already made her routine to familiarize with our assigned room.

Setting aside the construction noise issue during our stay, I would still rate our stay at Hennan as Very Good. Location was excellent, we greatly enjoyed their daily breakfast Buffet. We also enjoyed the Lunch Buffet. Staff were also courteous.

Our 1 bed was big enough for 3 people so having to pay extra for our 6yr old I didn't really understand. It states room is for 2 people but with pool access you more than likely have children with you not a biggie but options should be better for families.

Location was great staff were very polite and helpful. Buffet was great also worth the money when comparing to London prices. Our room was pool access so convenient for us..... Open door jump in pool worth the extra.

Our overall experience was good. Except for the lights in the balcony was not working. It was ok for cause we weren’t able to use it anyways but i would’ve been nice to sit out and just chill out there at night.

The hotel was very accessible to the beach.

At the time of check out they brought a plastic stand from the children’s room claiming that it was damaged by us. This was false. Our kids are teenagers and very well behaved. They tried to charge us for the damage. It was not done by us and it was not even broken. A resort such as Henann is making a lot of profit and claiming damages of plastic items is very poor standard of treating the guests at the time of check out. They also need to fix the taps in the bathrooms which are very difficult to close and keep leaking. Drainage in the bathing area is also bad.

Breakfast was good. They have a good variety.

The bed was with a mattress split in the middle so it wasn't very comfortable. Аn hour before the end of breakfast, most of the things were finished.

The place is at beachfront with perfect location. Тhe stаff was very helpful and cooperative. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. Our room was clean and cozy.
