The hotel is on a very busy road, the traffic noise was bad, and the pool was a bit out of the way.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite nice. Breakfast was pretty good, too.

No tea bags..a common problem in philipines not everyone drinks only coffee. Service with clearing dirty plates when ordering room service non existant. No pool towels outside.

We upgraded to execute suite which had the most comfortable bed and pillows.the pool right ourside the room.the kitchen area.bath was great

Room was a bit worn. Mirror almost came off the wall. Shower temp varied. Pool was nice, but furniture also a bit worn.

Staff was really friendly. Comfy beds. Big shopping area around the corner. Breakfast was nice (not very extensive, but enough to choose from).

The swimming pool wasn’t really a swimming pool more a paddling pool. They boasted of many things that they didn’t have like staff unable to make me a cocktail. They tried to be helpful with my gluten intolerance but not very effective!

Was a little disappointed with the pool. Was smaller than I'd imagined from the photos. There weren't many lounges, and they were not great quality. Was more disappointed that there were signs in the elevator promoting the Pool Bar and cocktails, however it was never open.

Room was great and spacious, though says you can cook but facilities for cooking weren't much, a microwave and toaster oven only. Bed was comfy. Pickup and drop off to airport was sensational. They were waiting as we exited, so that was a real plus! Supermarket, outlet stores and heaps of restaurants were just 5 minutes walk, as was the bus terminal if you wanted to get a bus to Cebu city (20php). The breakfast was included and was absolutely amazing! Masarap!

We booked an executive suite and was immediately disappointed as the room has a strong damp, moldy smell and the bed very hard. After a quick phone call, we were kindly moved. Much smaller, but was less smelly and the bed better. An issue with these rooms is that there is a function room directly above and very noisy, especially when prepping the room, there was furniture being dragged around the place, and hammering, seemingly all night. Thank goodness for ear plugs. Our second stay was on the 4th floor in a standard room, much quieter. I had visions of using the poolside bar, but it was never staffed or stocked. When going to the restaurant to order an afternoon cocktail, there were 6 staff, but no one could make a cocktail :(

Breakfast was great and changed daily. The airport transfer was wonderful and a reason why we booked originally, then booked again at the end of our trip to Cebu. Evening meal was good.

Misled in photo about size of pool, no way could you swim in it. I usually book hotels on their pool, this was a letdown. The reason it didn't meet expectations was because of the pool. I'm very disappointed. I wouldn't have booked if I know the size of pool. Hotels should not fake photos of the pool. Just be honest and say its somewhere to sit, not swim

Staff were great, breakfast very good, a good choice of dishes at the buffet. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. I always go on about pillows. If all hotels were like this hotel with great pillows, I'd be happy.
