The food in the restaurant is ok, but maybe inferior to most hotels of this price range.

The hotel is located between luneta park and manila bay; close to intramuros, so that it is both, central, but also in an area with less traffic and relatively fresh air. The staff is very friendly and accomodating and the bay view from respective rooms is spectacular.

Pictures used in ads were different from the actual ones. I was misled by the pictures of the suite shown on the website as it does not include a connecting room when you book one and the couches or day beds, as they call them, will be your spot to sleep on. There are also mosquitoes in the room :(

1) The swimming pools are definitely neglected. They’re located outside the hotel entrance with no one checking or guarding the facility that any outsider can just walk in and swim without anyone noticing. Water is dirty and the smell in the area is just gross. This has a lot of potentials if only the management puts some attention to it. Toilets near the swimming pools are likewise neglected. 2) Security in the entire facility is very lax particularly at the entrance. We went out to receive ordered food from outside at around 10:30pm and there is no security guard manning the entrance to the building

1) The Bay View Family Room is generally nice, comfortable and clean. However going to our hotel room takes quite a long walk from the elevator lobby since there is only one entrance and our room happened to be at the farthest end of the 2nd floor. 2) The staff are helpful and courteous especially Lanz 3) Great view of the Manila Bay 4) Enjoyed the food at Hapag

It could have been perfect but the low water pressure of the shower was disappointing. It could have been just the guests' loud voices but you can really hear the sound/conversation from the next room.

We love the size of the room and the complete amenities including the view of Manila Bay and coastal areas. The staff are very helpful when you require something. They are also very welcoming and courteous when conversing. There are plenty of towels and had 2 separate toilets aside from the bathroom.The beds are very comfortable and we had a good night sleep.

A staff member delivered a cheeseburger, fries and a beer to our room with the 4 glasses of ice we asked for. 2 hours later I received a call asking me if I got the food and beer the I did not order. We got Pizza Hut delivered. I said yes. Then I was told I needed to pay for it. I spoke with them a while but told them I wasn’t paying. About 10 minutes later a waitress knocked on the door demanding payment. I turned her away. I then called the front desk to complain and was told not to worry.

It was too kid friendly for my tastes. The table was wobbly, and I repeatedly had trouble opening the door to my room. Grab drivers had a hard time finding it, and the hotel did not allow guests after 8pm.

It was comfortable. The fish tank in the room was also a cool touch.

the rooms in badly need of renovations. I booked 5 rooms and they all need renovations. we have stayed in h20 a couple of times before the pandemic and we’ve always liked our rooms. during our stay this time, a lot has change. it was really disappointing. the rooms smells moldy. no bathrobes and slippers like before. some room has doors in their cabinet, some don’t, some has missing door. our room door is hard to open. doorbell is missing a spring. no laundry bags anymore.
