We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe queen room assigned to us was tiny and did not have a table or a chair inside the room. The small veranda attached to the room had two chairs but again no table.
The place offers a venue to unwind and relax and is not too far from the city. The facilities are adequate and is good value for your money. The staff were nice and helpful and the place in general is clean and the surroundings are well maintained. I like that it is surrounded by many fruit bearing trees.

Showing the key attached to a large wooden key holder should be enough for staff to identify the check I'm guests distinct from the day trip guests. Also, the swimming pool bottom should be regularly vacuum cleaned because the pools appear cloudy.

I reserved a room with a pool view but I wasn't expecting to be placed in front of the children's pool where kids would run around screaming all day!!! After complaining, they assigned my guests in some cheap miniscule room without a view. How disappointing and embarrassing for me!!! Last time I was here, there was an issue too about senior discount as your establishment refused to give us discount on drinks, only on food. This is BREAKING THE LAW!!! The issue was sorted out after a very lengthy discussion. Despite my disappointment, I gave your resort another chance by bringing my Aussie guests there, but I should have known better!!! You are just eyeing to generate income and not after your guests' comfort and satisfaction. Never coming back again, EVER!!!!

PhilippinesUnfortunately the supposed to be happy vacation was ruined because my car was damaged where it was parked within their vicinity. I had a broken windshield which according to one of their IT personnel, the same incident had happened in the past. No advise nor a warning given prior to our arrival. They even allowed us to park in a supposed to be hazardous slot. There were signages present but it was too little to see. Not visible entirely especially if it’s dark. also, their CCTV camera was not enough to cover the entire parking space. But I appreciated how their HR handles the situation calmly. Hopefully, they will be true to their word that they will assist me in any way since the accident happened in their vicinity. I hope the management deals with the situation soon so that the same incident that happened to me will never occur again. Another thing is that we were not able to sleep well as there were guests who brought their karaoke to which to our knowledge, it is not allowed to bring such machine. I just wish the management were able to control the other guests’ noise especially during the wee hours. Over all, the supposed to be happy vacation turned into a nightmare.
I am a constant visitor of Loreland and Luljetta. I even silently endorsing the place to my friends and relatives because I really love the place. However, it all changed because of an unfortunate event that should have been considered by the management before.
