The service in the Filling Station has dropped off over the years I have stayed there.

Music venues and night clubs just outside. The Century Mall is 10 minutes walk away with many shops and movie cinema. The Filling Station located inside the property is very popular.

The prices at the Filling Station were a bit high for me. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

A little confusing with the reception being on third floor. Overall the location was great as there was ATM close by and plenty of entertainment. The attached restaurants were excellent, if not a little pricey.

I arrived at noon, and the check-in time was 2 pm. I asked if I could check in early, they offered me an early check-in option for 1,200 pesos for 2 hours, which seemed normal, maybe a bit pricey, but okay. So, I waited for 2 hours. Then, I discovered an offer from the hotel for a short-term stay for 3 hours at the price of 599 pesos. Now, I feel taken advantage of.

Royal Bellagio in P Burgos is complete joke of a hotel. I stayed a couple of times in the course of 2021-2023 and found the single lift broken for almost the entire 18 month period. There was no warning about this and they happily let you book in and put you on high floors without mentioning that you will have to walk up. The porter staff tried to hide to avoid carrying clients cases, and who could blame them. Anyway - roll forward to early 2024. I booked a top (15th) floor suite and jokingly asked if the lift was fixed, to which the reply was that they had a brand new one ... So I booked in and went downstairs to Cubana for late lunch, only to find that the lift was suddenly under maintenance. That lasted just an hour or so, and so wasn't too bad, I waited for the repairs. Tonight I went out to dinner, returning at 1.30am to find the lift broken and stuck on the 7th floor. Initially I told the reception staff that I'd be sleeping on the 3rd floor reception sofa, but after getting my breath back I struggled up to the 15th floor stopping every 3-4 flights to get my breath back (I'm 72). Needless to say I shall be asking for a total refund and a good will cash gesture - I will let you know how that one goes ...

My greatest complaint was the unfairness of the cost of the room. Upon check-in, I discovered a sandwich board placed in front of the hotel advertising the Bellagio rooms at 1800 pesos per night, which is approximately US$32. I was charged double that much And I believe I was discriminated against because I am an American citizen. I favored the visa credit card people the photograph of the sandwich board sign advertising, loud and clear, bright and concise to anybody to see in front of the hotel that the room was 1800 pesos per night, and I felt , and still feel that I was gouged and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this hotel to a single person.

Restaurant next-door called the filling station was a unique business operating in the same structure.

The room was old and in very bad condition, the water wasn’t available for about an hour or two, the price was high for what you are getting, and lack of amenities, the location was bad, and there is no safe box in the room, there was no enough lights do the room was dark, and there was no enough electricity sockets

The lift was not working and I had to climb 5 floors to get to my room. Did not state this in hotel descriptions. Very disappointing as I have an injury so inconvenient. The shower head was Broken The room wasn’t cleaned properly And prostitutes at the entrance to hotel hassling customers.
